I recently brought my 2017 Range Rover Sport in for a full engine bay deep clean (top and bottom), and I couldn’t be more impressed. What really stood out right away was their customer service. We called last minute hoping to get in, and they were able to squeeze us in the same day — and even better, they had it completed and ready to go that very same day. That level of flexibility and professionalism is rare. From the moment we arrived, the team was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in their work. They explained the process and treated my vehicle with genuine care and attention to detail. When I picked it up, the engine bay looked incredible — completely spotless from top to bottom. Every component, every corner, and even the underside was meticulously cleaned. It genuinely looked better than when I bought it. You can tell this wasn’t just a quick rinse — it was a true deep clean done the right way, especially on a high-end vehicle like a Range Rover. Brought in my vehicle for the smog safety inspection and certification. Perform very quickly with reports and certification. What was nice as if there would’ve been any failures found they could’ve probably fixed it with their facility that they have right there. It was very nice to have an all-in-one solution at this location. The staff was very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

Came in for a radiator flush, they did a whole diagnostic test on it. Which I did not authorize Now my car is shaking and smoking. They made a bad situation worse. When I declined the repairs, I was asked if I wanted my car towed home. Wait… what? But I drove it in here, it was running fine. I want to drive it out, the way I brought it in. 2 days later I pick up my car, it’s shaking and smoking. Not sure what to do now. I’m heart broken. I know I need another vehicle, but now this one has depreciated even more 🤦🏽‍♀️ I thought I was doing the right thing. But God. Maybe it was time for a new vehicle. But I don’t want a new vehicle, I want this one. Sometimes a diagnostic test is not the best thing for your vehicle. Turns out for me it was the worse thing. Now it’s only good for parts. 🤦🏽‍♀️

I've used Asmar for my four vehicles for many years now, and they have not disappointed me once. The service is outstanding and the costs for repairs or upkeep of my automobiles have always been reasonable. Especially in contrast to those imposed by the brand manufacturer shops. To be fair, there are times when I prefer the manufacturer's shops, especially when it involves defects. However, for recommended upkeep of my vehicles, such as oil changes, engine and air filters, tire rotations and the like, Asmar has my complete confidence and business.

I brought my Chevy Silverado to Asmar's as I just moved to Spring Valley and needed some routine maintenance done. Easy to book an appointment. They were very professional and polite upon arrival. Kept me informed and updated me when the truck was ready 2.5 hours later. I'll go back every time I need something and refer anyone that needs a good trustworthy auto shop. 5 stars!
