Drinks: Had this in California and remember it being great, so was excited to come across this location. Ordered the Jasmine Latte and Mango Pomelo Sago; however, both were just OK—the tea flavor in the Jasmine Latte was a bit fainter than I recall, and would have preferred a bit more of the fruit in the Mango Pomelo Sago. Service: Self-service—you order through a kiosk. Drinks come out pretty quickly upon ordering. Ambiance: Situated inside of the 99 Ranch market, with a small, casual seating area. Parking: Ample parking. Located in a plaza.

I have no idea why some people leave negative reviews, this is literally the highest quality Chinese-style boba you will get in all of DFW. The ingredients are REAL and fresh, their recipes are original (and copied by every other boba store, BADLY), and the staff is friendly and really tried to get to know the regulars. Their Osmanthus Rice Milk Tea is heavenly, and their Mango Pomelo Sago is perfect for the summer - every other place messes it up and uses the wrong cheap type of coconut milk that's impossible to drink - and that drink only got popular because Ben Gong's made it so well. Every friend I've gotten drinks from here for said that it's the best boba they've had. Do you know how hard it is to find good milk tea and nice soft chewy boba, and such unique flavors?! Nearly impossible! Please don't listen to the naysayers and rude customers who take things for granted. Support this small business - they really deserve better!

I see someone else had a similar experience to me. Had this in California last week and it was so good! Came to this location today (7/2 @ 2pm) and it was one of the worst bobas I’ve ever had. Ordered 2 drinks. Both tastes like there was a little leftover tea in a cup and they topped it off with water. It’s like management is trying to skimp out by using 5 tea leaves. Boba was clearly old and needed to be thrown out and remade. This is a chain and I expected better. One from a cheap ma & pop shop would’ve been better. I could’ve made one at home and it would’ve been better. A canned boba or instant mix boba would’ve been better. So disappointed.

I’ve tried many drinks here, and this Hazelnut Pom-pom has become my absolute favorite! Maybe it’s because I naturally love cocoa powder and chocolate, but this one just hits the spot every single time. The chocolate flavor is rich without being too sweet, the hazelnut aroma is super comforting, and the snow-top cream on top is smooth and delicious. Every sip feels like a little treat. If you’re a chocolate lover like me, you have to try this one. Highly recommended! ❤️

Love their drinks, super delicious. But every time I order here and I’m the only one there, it still takes 10-15mins to get my 1 drink. I would go here more often if it didn’t take triple the time other boba places do.
