Bigdash Frisco

Bigdash Frisco is truly one of the best dessert places I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I walked in, the place had an energetic and inviting vibe that instantly made me excited to try their desserts. I had the opportunity to sample a variety of items, and each one stood out with its rich flavors, perfect textures, and high-quality ingredients. The absolute highlight of my visit was The Ultimate Crepe. It was generously filled with white chocolate, pistachio crème, and Lotus Biscoff butter crème, all layered beautifully with a smooth chocolate spread on top. The combination of flavors was indulgent without being overwhelming, and every bite felt perfectly balanced. It’s easily one of the best desserts I’ve had. The ambience at Bigdash Frisco was another major plus. The place was busy throughout my visit, which clearly shows how popular and well-loved it is. Despite the crowd, the atmosphere remained lively and enjoyable. Overall, Bigdash Frisco delivers not just amazing desserts, but a great experience as well. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit at least once—especially if you’re a dessert lover.

I love being pleasantly surprised by a new spot, especially when it means getting to try something I’ve never had before and Bigdash definitely delivered! We actually ended up here somewhat by chance. We initially stopped at Cold Stone, but after waiting in line for a bit, we decided to look elsewhere. Bigdash had no wait, plenty of open seating, and ended up being the perfect place to relax, catch up with friends and family, and try something different. The pricing was also very reasonable, which was an added bonus! We sampled several things, but the kunafa was absolutely the star of the show. We’re big lovers of pistachio and cheese, so this was right up our alley. It was my first time trying kunafa, and I LOVED it, the warm, cheesy center paired with the sweetness and pistachios was such a delicious combination. We’ll be coming back for this alone! I also tried two scoops of ice cream: lemon and Arabian ice cream. The lemon was bright, refreshing, and easily my favorite. The Arabian ice cream was definitely unique and worth trying, although it wasn’t quite for me because it has more prominent aromatic/floral flavor notes than I personally prefer. Still, I appreciated getting to experience something completely different. We finished with the cookie butter cake, which was moist, rich, and delicious! Such a fun unexpected find with lots of desserts you don’t see everywhere. If you enjoy discovering new flavors, especially pistachio, cheese, and Middle Eastern sweets, this is definitely worth a stop. We’ll absolutely be back for that kunafa! 🤤

I absolutely love coming here and trying all the different deserts and pastries! Each time we've come here the staff has been really helpful and friendly. All of the biscoff menu items are amazing, the cheesecake is delish, and I love all of the different baklavas. The dubai filling is so good as well!

Update: I wanted to update my review because the owner reached out and made things right. They apologized, delivered my order, and resolved the issue professionally. I really appreciate businesses that take customer feedback seriously and are willing to correct a bad experience. The desserts were excellent, and because of how they handled everything afterward, I’m happy to update my review. Thank you for making it right. I spent $186 on an online order about three hours before arriving to pick it up. The order included knafa, an assorted treat tray, and a baklava tray. When I got there, I was told I was supposed to place the order 24 hours in advance. The problem is that nowhere on the website does it state that a 24-hour notice is required for these items. If that policy exists, it should be clearly displayed before customers pay. What made the experience even more frustrating was the attitude of the employees. Instead of trying to help or offering a solution, they came across as rude and sarcastic. To make matters worse, I had even left a $10 tip when placing the order online. I was told they couldn’t refund the baklava tray because the owner wasn’t there, so I’m still waiting to receive my refund of approximately $65 plus tax. At this point, I expect that refund to be processed promptly. I was genuinely looking forward to trying BigDash and supporting the business, but this experience left a very negative impression. Better communication on the website and more professional customer service would have made a huge difference.

Nour is the best! This is one of my go to spots for desserts! Everything here is consistently delicious, but the customer service is what really makes them stand out. Nour was incredibly kind and took such great care of us, and we ended up trying a few of his recommendations that did not disappoint. I got my favorite Dubai strawberry cup and also tried some new items: the blueberry tres leches, mango kunafa slice, and mango mousse. My mom and I dug into everything but the cup before I even had the chance to take pictures, which honestly says it all. Every single thing was amazing! Can’t wait to be back.
