2012 Fiat 500 Excellent service! Very knowledgeable and extremely polite and respectful group working here. I recently moved back to Garland and was in need of a reputable shop so I used my chatGPT AI to find me a shop that fit all my needs (I listed them all in the AI) and this shop was the first. I absolutely was skeptical and afraid as most people are these days with getting quality and fairly priced work. Such a rare combo these days. Blackline Auto was excellent from start to finish they explained everything in detail and also showed me a video of the vehicles problems. Alonso and Ramiro have repaired my fathers truck, my brothers Challenger and recently my truck. Have been going to them for over 6 years and never had one problem with their work. Boris and Sol are very patient, very detailed in the explanation process from start to finish. This shop really provided my family and I with peace of mind that our vehicles are getting the best most professional care, unlike other shops and those mobile mechanics. This is the first time going to this place. I chose it because of the reviews. And I’m so glad I did. Blackline is not your typical auto place. From the first moment of walking through the door to leaving my keys they were very professional and very helpful. I knew my car was in good hands. They diagnose the problem and fixed it and gave me a call when they completed the repair. The biggest shock is that it was all done the same day. Even on a SATURDAY!! Not what I would’ve expected from a typical auto care facility. They sent me videos of what they found and a video of the repair. I definitely don’t get that good of service even from my Cadillac dealer! I will definitely be bringing my business back to them and recommending them to anybody I know!!!
