I've been to this location twice, Jama does a fantastic job and will continue to book my appointments with her... I love boardroom because it's very professional, they listen, and my hairstyle is excellent every time. If your looking for a good place to get a haircut this place is amazing and won't let you down. 10 stars from me

I’m giving both Stephanie and the Boardroom Salon a five star review because the service was exceptional. Stephanie is very professional, courteous, and willing to provide me with a 10/10 haircut, shave, and overall experience. Prior to coming to the boardroom salon, I went to another barber shop that left my hair chopped, and when I expressed to Stephanie what had happened, she assured me that she is going to whatever she could to fix the chopped haircut, and exceeded my expectations! 10/10 recommend!

I have nothing but great things to say about Dakota and the haircuts she gives me. She has been cutting my hair now for a year and a half and I have never been disappointed. She is very personable and asks great questions on how my wife and I are doing in our personal lives. I would highly recommend her to cut your hair!

Dakota does my husband’s hair and it looks amazing every time! He has been coming to her for the last year, and she has always been so personable. She remembers exactly what he likes and what’s also going on in our lives. We can’t recommend her enough!

If I could leave zero stars I would. My fiancé called before coming in to get his hair cut. He explained to the woman on the phone that he has longer hair and asked whether he needed to book with a barber or a stylist. The woman on the phone told him that Stephanie is a barber and stylist and that she is the best at cutting hair. This led us to book an appointment with Stephanie. My fiancé explained that he wanted mid-length curtain bangs and that she could cut the sides but only wanted a trim on the top of his hair. Half way through his hair cut, she stops and says “I don’t know what I am doing”. I’m sorry???? You…. the person who went to school for this… don’t know what you’re doing. As soon as she says that, my fiancé looks at his hair which was cut WAY TOO SHORT. After speaking with the manager… we were told that Stephanie is going through menopause…. why on Earth would that be the managers response. How professional is that??? Then Stephanie proceeded to tell me that this is our fault for booking with her. She said that she is a barber and doesn’t know how to cut longer hair. Mind you… THE LADY ON THE PHONE SAID SHE WAS THE BEST PICK FOR US. After showing the manager the photo of what he wanted, she says… “Oh, it will look like that in a month or two”. A MONTH OR TWO??? That is not what we came here for. Absolutely unacceptable. Then as we were leaving, we were told we would not be charged for the haircut. Sure enough… on our way home, we get a text message saying that we were charged for the service. This is absolutely ridiculous and not what I expected from a place with such good reviews. DO NOT GET STEPHANIE AS YOUR HAIRDRESSER!!! She will mess up your hair and then blame you for it!
