I had an absolutely incredible experience with this flower shop and honestly think they’re the best florist in Houston. From the customer service to the delivery, presentation, and design of the arrangement, everything exceeded my expectations. I placed my order during the Valentine’s Day rush on a tight schedule, and they still managed to accommodate me with responsiveness and genuine care. They were very communicative over text, flexible with changes, sent photos of the arrangement for approval, added a bow I requested, and even went above and beyond by creating a beautiful heart made out of roses. They truly put thought into the design, and made the arrangement even better than what I was imagining. It also felt like a family run shop that genuinely cares about doing their best work, which meant a lot to me. The woman who helped me was incredibly kind, accommodating, and responsive throughout the entire process. They even provided a complimentary card and offered options for vase or wrap presentation. I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend them if you want quality, care, and beautiful results!

They even gave me a direct number so I could text for real-time updates from the florist, which was such a thoughtful touch. They were incredibly responsive, helped me choose the best arrangements, provided multiple options, sent photos throughout the process, and kept me updated every step of the way. Their delivery service was seamless, pricing was very reasonable, and the level of care they put into making sure customers have a great experience is what truly sets them apart. Ordered from Bouquet Florist in Sugar Land for two arrangements on Mother’s Day weekend. I am so impressed by the shipping time and the quality of the arrangements. The flowers were absolutely stunning and absolutely worth the price.
