I enjoyed my visit here at this wonderful clinic. You are welcomed by an amazing staff from start to finish, being there with you and attentive. Dr. Siddiqui has a deep compassion for everyone who walks in and can easily talk about anything. Highly recommend to check this clinic and book an appointment asap.

My first visit was excellent, so I thought the honeymoon phase was off to a great start. However, visits two and three revealed a few areas where this practice could improve. Appointments are scheduled for 8:30 a.m., and you're taken to the exam room quickly, but then there's typically a 45-minute wait before seeing the physician. Another area for improvement is the patient portal. The ability to message your doctor is a great feature, but my messages have gone unanswered. I've had to call the office to get a response, which defeats the purpose of having a portal. Communication regarding test results also needs improvement. I completed my lab work over a week ago, and although the results were already available in the portal, no one contacted me to review them. I had to reach out myself. The prior authorization process also appears to need better follow-up. Patients shouldn't have to repeatedly call the office to check on the status of medications or authorizations. Keeping patients informed throughout the process would go a long way toward improving the overall experience. Overall, I believe this practice has the potential to be an excellent primary care office. The physician has been professional and attentive, but improving communication, making better use of the patient portal, proactively reviewing test results, and streamlining prior authorizations would significantly enhance the patient experience.

My family has been seeing both Dr. Kashif Siddiqui and Dr. Sumera Muzaffar for the last 4 years. At first, we picked this practice because it was close to our home with same day appointments, but now, we wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone at this practice is professional, kind, respectful and thorough. The doctors are excellent. We've had a WIDE range of issues, and every time we've gone in, the doctors take us very seriously and are never dismissive. It is so hard to find doctors that will listen and genuinely care. Additionally, the practice is very clean and has bloodwork and xray onsite. Cannot recommend broadway family clinic enough.

I absolutely love this office! It is always spotless and well-maintained, which makes every visit feel comfortable and welcoming. The staff is incredibly attentive, kind, and professional. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel cared for. The physicians are outstanding. They take the time to thoroughly answer any questions or concerns without ever making you feel rushed, while still being very efficient and respectful of your time. I’m always impressed by how smoothly everything runs. They consistently get me in and out quickly without sacrificing quality care. Another huge plus is how responsive and helpful the office is outside of visits. They are quick to assist with appointment changes and always respond promptly to messages through the app, which makes everything so convenient. I highly recommend this office. 10/10 experience every time!

Dr Siddiqui is an excellent doctor! Very patient, knowledgeable, and caring. He/She takes time to explain everything clearly, provides great recommendations, and makes sure all questions are answered. I highly recommend them.
