I would give ZERO stars if I could. I planned to get a dental implant done here. Before starting anything, we called and clearly discussed the pricing. They told us they would bill my 2025 and 2026 insurance and then charge me the remaining balance. We agreed on the total cost, and based on that agreement, I paid them. After taking my payment, they suddenly tried to charge me significantly more than what we had already agreed on. When I questioned them, reminding them of our original agreement, they acted like that conversation never happened. The price difference wasn’t small either it was a huge increase. This feels dishonest and extremely unprofessional. If you’re going to change pricing after an agreement and after taking someone’s money, that’s not acceptable. Patients deserve transparency, not surprise charges. Be very careful before committing to treatment here. Get everything in writing.

If you are apprehensive about getting a dental implant here please read. I am a disabled vet. i wont get into the plethora of mental health issues i deal with but crippling anxiety is a major player in my life, especially when it comes to the dentist. When i was in the military, i had to see military dentists for everything. Once i was tricked into getting three fillings without the numbing medicine. While getting my wisdom teeth pulled, they broke and removed one of my other teeth in the process. when i asked for a replacement they told me that because there was a cavity in that tooth, they wouldnt replace it because i wouldnt take care of it anyway. so i just stopped going to the dentist. Fast forward about 10 years, i now have private healthcare. I got a toothache pretty bad for the first time. I went to a dentist and he told me that the tooth needed to come out and i needed an implant. so i started shopping around. I spoke to 4 different implant specialists. 3 of them operated like a used car salesman would. "hey we cant give you an estimate unless you come in" No one would give me any kind of ballpark numbers unless i spent a bunch of my time in their office. My time is valuable, and the cost of this procedure is the second most important aspect of it. When i called campbell park, they DID give me a rough estimate of the procedure. So i scheduled the free consultation with them. During consultation i asked the questions i had and made it very clear how anxious i was about the whole thing. They calmed me down a bit and didnt "baby" me which was nice. Didnt try to upsell me on anything. I booked my surgery for yesterday the 17th. I was given adequate pain medication and antibiotics to get me up to surgery day. I showed up and filled out some additional paperwork. they took me to the back and got started. I asked a few more questions and before i knew it i was waking up. The surgery was over. I got the iV sedation and gas. I am one day post op and the pain is negligible. I was given adequate pain management medication after the procedure as well. Im actually eating a double cheeseburger while i write this. The office is full of professionals. I felt like they genuinely listened to me and my concerns. They talk a big game and they back it up. Campbell park Dental may have single handedly restored my faith in dentistry as a whole. Stop searching for someone else to handle your implant. Campbell park is who you need

Everyone is awesome at Janet Mason Dental: Kate, Tammy, Regina, Dr. Nugyen, Heather and Dr. Mason. They are very thorough, thoughtful and do amazing work. Work tirelessly with the insurance to make sure everything is processed correctly with no issues. I’ve gone to dentist for years and never one that truly cares about the outcome and personal satisfaction like this team does at the facility in Garland. Can’t say enough good things about them. Now referring others to them like my wife who is now a client.
