Candle Nail Spa

I only started going here because my cousin was busy. I was dreading seeing someone else, but I walked into Candle nails the first time and I’ve seen them three times now. Very comfortable environment. Very efficient. I’ve had Lilly a couple times and she’s great! Kristi did my acrylic overlay on my natural nails today and did a great job! Ken was also amazing in my pedicure. Highly recommend this spot!

Let's start by saying I was referred by my oldest daughter with rave reviews to try her nail spa. I was stoked to try it. I met Brian who was pleasant and advised that I am very meticulous about my nails and wanted to ensure I was going to the best tech because most shops say everyone is good but in reality all the tech are not however it all depends on the individual and their liking. I was paired with John for my new acrylic set and Dung I believe for my pedicure. During my service I explained to John that I thought they were a bit too thin and would break easily however he was adamant his nails don't break per his words "They are fine, my nails don't break". Even when I said it twice they seem a bit to thin at the base however in my 30 years of getting my nails done I have never had two nails to break and nails cracking in less than a week or week or so easily. It's the foundation is poorly done. I came back because my nail had broke from just scratching the back of head. My daughter contact Brian and he advised me to come in. I met Austin who was pleasant and accommodating he called John down to make the repair. I could already feel his energy that was standoffish. When he place the nail on it was crooked. I stated to him that it was crooked and he responded it wasn't crooked that my nail and finger that was crooked and continue to drill as if it wasn't a concern. So I asked to him to please stop so I could show him from my view and it was crooked. he was agitated as he removed it only to place it back on crooked again. This time it was even more crooked than the first time. I was trying to show him he was not interested to see it and just stood up and called Austin to the table. I showed Austin and he acknowledged it was a crooked. As Austin and I were talking John just walked off didn't say anything and never came back and I asked Austin what type of service is this when you get agitated for your lack of professionalism and work. Austin told me not to worry about it he will speak with Brian about the incident and he had a lady name Lily to come and make the repair. A day later another nail snapped and then one crack at the corner of the base. This is horrible I spent almost $200 during my service there with my youngest daughter for services and nails that are just snapping and breaking and rude service.

Bo did my manicure, and he is always so pleasant and professional! I absolutely love the music here—it creates such a relaxing atmosphere. My nails always turn out beautiful when Bo does them, and I leave happy every time. The service is consistently excellent, and everyone is so welcoming. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ 10 stars across the board for me! Highly recommend! 💅🌟

I got the “Rejuvenate Pedicure” with the #2 Cucumber option. It was outstanding. Monica did a wonderful job and the attentive staff ensure that I had a topped off mimosa every step of the way! Highly recommend for fast, friendly, and affordable service.

I loveeee this salon down! Everyone is So welcoming and ever since my first visit I’ve had Kaden! I’ve been requesting him since day 1! He does such wonderful job! Very attentive to detail and works really hard to make me happy!
