Choice Specialty Pharmacy

Today was an outstanding experience. The staff help me save money and educated me on the pharmacy process. I’d like to give a special Thank You to Christy, Manahil, and Abdul. They are the greatest when it comes to customer service! Thank You Thank You Thank You! - Alex

If you can avoid them please do. Customer service is terrible. I can never get my medications in a timely manner. The representative can never give you information oh and the pharmacist hangs up on you. No yelling was involved, no disrespect but when I questioned their process and with no answers I get hung up on. Wow. Oh a little background I’m 2 months behind my prescriptions after keep being told we will send in the next couple of days.

I'm writing this not only as a patient, but also as a Physician. Having to waste my time and call EVERY SINGLE MONTH, to find out where is my medication which has been charged to the insurance and states being delivered, is completely unacceptable!!! Every month, the medication delivery status need to be escalated and the excuses are plenty, from the driver getting lost/ delivered to the wrong address/ it never left the pharmacy (eventhough I received a "Delivered" notification)/ It's on it's way... although it has been 2 weeks and no medication. As a business owner, I will recommend this pharmacy starts using a different delivery method and confirmation algorithm. As a patient, I will no longer be doing bussiness with this pharmacy and save my time. As a Physician, I will never put my patients through the heartburn and needless stress of not getting their medications on time... when they need to be taken or use at a timely fashion per the written prescription. Needless to say, based on their rating and multiple negative reviews, this pharmacy is not making an attempt to fix the issues expressed by the consumer... if they don't care, why should I. Dr. R.

I’m really concerned, because insurance is involved this place has all my personal information. I don’t know if this is a scam and this company is getting paid for a prescriptions that they are not actually filling or if the difficulty they give people is why they are an approved pharmacy. I received the first medication but have not been able to refill for two months, Despite numerous phone calls, attempts to refill online, returned calls, and voicemails no progress has been made. The prescriptions already been approved by insurance. I feel so sorry for the people who got stuck with this place for cancer medications.

Don’t, just please don’t. They said they shipped my medication but I didn’t get it. When I went to the office the Supervisor made it seem as if I was at fault and stated “I don’t know what your living arrangements are but it was shipped”. I have never had any issues with people stealing packages in my area and to have someone speak to me (customer) as if I’m lying about getting medication or being at fault for NOT receiving is insanely unprofessional. I highly recommend finding another pharmacy. I recommend you walk into the office just to see how this so called “Pharmacy” looks and operates then ask yourself “Do I TRUST a medication from a place like this entering my body?
