Had my state inspection last week and had not drove since then. Today back on road for a shirt trip and noticed there was a engine light on my dashboard, then realized the technician forgot to put back my engine filler cap, and engine oil has been spilled all over, never had something like this before. Follow-ups: Owner Mohammed quickly reached out. Offered a free oil change, inspection of the engine and cleaned the greases himself. The man cares and honors his business.

Front desk guy was super nice but I purchased a Groupon for a Freon vacuum and recharge, I called they said it was an additional 40$ when I got there for shop supplies. I said cool. Came first thing in the AM, think I was the second person of the day. They had my car for 2-3 hours and NOTHING WAS DONE! And I know it wasn't because my AC still wasn't working .. so I took it to a friends shop that had a little time to look at it. He hooked the high/low pressure hoses up and NO FREON CAME OUT and the machine was reading 150 pressure.. so they vacuumed everything and over pressurized the car but didn't even put Freon!!! So the only thing they did was the vacuuming part!! Ugh and they charged me 75$ for supplies and "additional Freon" that my car needed.. yet they didn't put any Freon at all lol .. the guy at the front desk said he had "the best mechanic ever" lol

Happy with my service! Took 1.5 hours for front and rear brake replacement and brake fluid change on a busy Saturday afternoon. I’m grateful I was made aware of additional fees upfront. I’ll definitely return when I’m back in town.

These guys are manipulative and money minded. I’ll tell you why. My car suddenly threw a check engine light and started misfiring. I went to them because I had previously gotten my AC fixed, starter replaced, and oil change done with them. When I showed them the car with a blinking check engine light, Mohammad told me the spark plugs and ignition coils needed to be replaced and quoted around $700. They kept the car for several days. Then suddenly Mohammad said the valve cover and gasket also needed replacement, and that the valve cover itself was rusty. That would have pushed the cost much higher. Since I was already stressed about money, I agreed to replace the gasket, spark plugs, and coils, but declined the valve cover. After waiting nearly a week and paying about $700, the car was returned to me with the check engine light still blinking and the engine misfiring exactly as before, along with heavy vibration. When I questioned this, I was told to drive the car for a few days so the oil in the spark plug wells could “burn off” and the engine would return to normal. Not long after leaving the shop, the car basically died and wouldn’t even start. To make things worse, I was told there would be no warranty because I declined the valve cover replacement that they had suggested. This was extremely frustrating considering they had already kept the car for several days and the original problem was never resolved. So I had the car towed to another repair shop that had previously worked on my vehicle. They inspected everything and fixed the issue under their parts warranty. After that repair, the car has been running perfectly for about 45 days and roughly 1500 miles — and they did not replace the valve cover that Mohammad was insisting needed replacement. About Mohammad: he was polite during the interactions, but the diagnosis and communication around the repair were extremely disappointing, especially considering the cost and the fact that the car left the shop still misfiring. At that moment I felt like I was being manipulated, but it took 45 days and 1500 miles of driving after the proper repair for me to fully realize that the valve cover replacement they were pushing was unnecessary. My advice to other customers: Honestly, these guys are probably fine for basic services like oil changes or smaller mechanical work like starter replacements. But do not blindly approve expensive repairs. For major issues, go to a reputable repair shop, pay for a proper diagnostic, ask detailed questions about the root cause, and always get a second opinion before approving costly work.
