Cong Thu Nguyen

Dr. Nguyen is an excellent ENT he really takes time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable with your care. The staff is super friendly and efficient too. I saw a few reviews mentioning insurance or pricing and was honestly hesitant at first, but the staff explained everything so well and even helped me understand my own insurance details the kind of fine print most of us don’t even notice!! I’m really glad I decided to come here. The whole experience has been great from start to finish.

Dr. Nguyen and I have been working together on a long-standing issue. I finally listened to him and went forward with the treatment (surgery) he proposed. It has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. My symptoms have completely resolved. It has been a true life-changer.

I called this place to make an appointment for an ENT. Answered the phone was answered by a very rude woman who proceeded to diagnose me over the phone And tell me what was wrong with me and that they would not see me. I’ve never in my life had to receptionist try to diagnose me over the phone. She didn’t even listen to why I was trying to come in or to make a recommendation for somewhere else to go. And then hung up the phone on me. Based on these reviews, I’m glad I did not go there. Literally THE WORST

Beware - Dr. Nguyen prescribed an antihistamine that cost me $245. When it didn't show up on my insurance paperwork I called the insurance company and discovered the medication is available as over the counter medication and would have cost me only $36. Think he gets rebates (kickback) for prescribing this medication?

My experiences with HSA and Dr. Nguyen have been excellent. The staff is friendly and efficient. At each step - from check in to check out - everyone has explained exactly what they were planning to do and what I needed to do. My questions were addressed adequately.
