Cheryl Leisy and Lynn Earbin are that best nurses around!! They are very personable and take very good care of my mother! They treat her as if she is there mother!! Deneen Ransom is our bath aid and she is a rock star as well!! These are three of the best ladies around!!

Cheryl is a very good nurse and does her job to make sure that her patients are taken care of and is well. She takes care of my mother in law and she's the best thing that has happened to her(Ms. Lawson).

Unfortunately, over the last few years I have encountered many many medical professionals. Some good, some bad, some that just didn't seem to care either way. So I truly thank God that I have met and experienced the great spirit of Cheryl with Crescent Home Health. Cheryl is thorough, quick , efficient and knowledgeable. She is both passionate and compassionate and sincere . Cheryl has been a help and and a handful of laughs,too. Sevondly, Not guilty- in compassionate Not guilty-shortcuts wound care Not guilty- not taking extra steps Not guilty - giving up when rough Innocent, is Not Guilty of these things , au contraire, he is kind, gentle,soft spoken, fatherly yet professional at all times. Innocent treats me like family and likewise I feel as though he is my family. Innocent communicates in depth with me about my role in my health care. He expresses concern about poor habits and areas that could make my illness and wound better. He doesn't have to. I know that his orders don't say "care" he just does. Although, he won't accept anything from me, no gifts , no food, No drink, that's just his way of maintaining professionalism. Furthermore , in my dealings with the office and administrative staff Delilah is unsurpassed with her level of education , professional decorum and accommodating attitude. Delilah has worked tirelessly to fix medication issues, missed appointments on my behalf and she did so without scolding me or treating me badly, rather she showed an increase in affection and attentiveness whenever I've had problems. She answers questions in a comprehensive way, so that I have a good understanding about my care and the plan of action. Whether or not extra phone calls are needed, emails to be written. Delilah gets the job done from start to finish. Even Andries in the office handles me in a loving manner and respectfully. My Health is far from perfect but my home health team ISn't. Thank you Andries, Cheryl, Delilah , Innocent and Crescent staff for making a difficult time in my life better and better with each home visit! Big hugs and Godspeed to all of you! Deidrah
