Cypress Family Practice

This office deserves an honest review because it seems they don’t value patient feedback. I accidentally called this office because my new doctor’s name is very similar. From the moment the receptionist answered, she was rude while asking for my information to verify my identity. Even though I realized my mistake and apologized for the confusion, her attitude never changed. By the end of the call, I was actually relieved to find out this was not my doctor’s office. If this is the level of customer service patients receive, I can understand why others have had negative experiences. The interaction was unprofessional, discourteous, and left a very poor impression.

Dr. Hoang and Dr. Ngo were recommended by our neighborhood Facebook group when we moved to Cypress in 2014 and my family of four has been seeing them ever since. Both doctors are knowledgeable, thorough, caring, and just plain super nice, and the office staff has always been friendly and professional. Just recently I had a minor emergency and the receptionist was able to get me in the same day and Dr. Hoang quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. Whether you are looking for a primary care physician, family doctor, or just a sports physical for your kid, this is a great practice.

Dr. Ngo has been my doctor for years. It pains me to say this, but I have to find another doctor because the front office is just that bad. They are rude, uncaring people that have no business interacting with the public.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Hoang basically my whole life, and sadly I think I’m going to have to find a new provider. She is great, but like everyone says, the receptionist makes it very hard to continue coming here and I will be choosing a place that doesn’t make you feel like an inconvenience.

My initial visit was excellent. I am a medical provider myself and was impressed with the Dr's quick and effective eval and treatment. She listened, was empathetic, knowledgeable, open, and one week later I have 100% resolution of my chronic symptoms. My fiance had a visit w the male Dr and also had a very good experience and annual exam with labs that came back quickly.
