Nina is incredible!!! She is so sweet always and extremely precise! I usually always ask for nail art of some kind and she delivers every single time! Dustin is also the best, he really does it all: check in, answering the phone, making and refilling drinks! I love my experience every time!

I am extremely disappointed with my service today. I came in today for a builder gel fill with a French tip and gel polish change on my toes. With a cuticle trim on both my toes and my hands. I didn’t receive either cuticle trims or the French tip. Zion was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. I started my service with Amber on my toes (extremely rude) and Amy on my hands (extremely rude). Amber didn’t want to do the cuticle trim which I requested which requires the feet to soak in the water to moisten the skin for a proper cuticle removal process. She then got Zion and he told me I could either get a pedicure or nothing. So I requested not to have the cuticle removal for my toes and I am not satisfied with the outcome. I then asked to speak with his supervisor/direct superior and he would not let me speak with them. I wanted a brief soak so all the skin could be removed and I was told that is not possible. Upon finishing my toes, Amber got up, and didn’t say a word, or ask if I was satisfied. Which I was not. Amy burned me multiple times with the drill after I told her multiple times I have thin nails and a lower rpm is recommended. Despite this she didn’t want to turn the drill down at a rate that didn’t give my nails heat spike. Amy told me my nails had to be square because they were chipped from being brittle, and I told her I had round nails on the last appointment and would like to have them still. She very sloppily reshaped my nails and they were extremely uneven in which I requested of they could be even. She said they can’t be even due to my nails being chipped, then got up, spoke with Zion, and said she could no longer do my nails and someone else will service me. Mike was then sent to finish the process Amy had started. Mike did a fantastic job. He didn’t try to tell me what I couldn’t have and what wasn’t possible. He did forget to do the French tip, but I consider that a miscommunication from Amy to him. He was very pleasant, he greeted me, and actually listened to my requests. All my nails are round, and all my nails are even.

UPDATE: they are trying to claim that I left a review at the wrong place in which I did not. This is the exact location I came to so be careful. PLEASE READ IF YOU DON’T WANT TO GET SCAMMED AND WANT A SANITARY NAIL SALON. I came here asking for dipped nails with French tip, the First Lady seemed overworked and frustrated and got really upset when I told her the French was too thick and when I say thick I mean to the point where 3/4 of my nail was covered in white. She then attempted to convince me that they look nice and that I should keep going. I said no, she then screamed and ask for another lady to assist, mind you, I am not causing chaos just simply asking for what I want. Another lady came, and was struggling to do basic French tips with dipped nails, she spent another hour trying to do French tips on my nails(filing and retrying over and over again.) at this point I had already been at the salon for over 2 hours with no progress. She then convinced me to do gel, under the assumption that I was going to do full dip and the gel French on top(as other salons do it this way). No, she did Acrylic on me- something I NEVER get bc I simply don’t like acrylic and sensitive to the smell. Guess what it cost, $80 for acrylic- I might as well got a Russian manicure at my other salon instead. Also, my nails cracked already within 2 days. Don’t recommend this place at all. Also acrylic cost $45 not $80 but they tried to compensate for their time by double charging me. Oh and this place is unsanitary, they did not use alcohol to clean my nails prior to filing and drill bits where dirty along with their other tools.

Amazing pedicure experience! Recently came with my mom, we both had gold pedicures. Sooooo relaxing and worth it! Salon is increibly clean, staff was super friendly, and our toes came out great. We will definitely be back!
