DeliverIt Pharmacy Sugar Land

My local DeliverIt in Bedford is now open only part time and no longer stocks medicines. I have been getting prescriptions shipped from the Sugarland location until about two weeks ago. Because an employee, Razan, failed to return my call (I waited all day then called back and spoke with another employee, Leo.) Because Leo did not communicate clearly, I decided it was time to find another pharmacy. DELIVERIT received a request to transfer all my prescriptions to my local Walmart pharmacy in Bedford. Sugarland did transfer SOME, but not all of my prescriptions early last week. Last Friday, my Walmart Pharmacist made a second request for transfer. He was told that he would have to call the Bedford store. Although 10 to 2 MWF are posted hours, nobody was at that location at 10 am last Friday. (I find it strange if not deceitful that this new rule was introduced after Sugarland had already transferred some of my prescriptions.) I called Sam, the manager of the Sugarland location, and he assured me that he would take care of the transfer. He even asked me for the phone number of my Walmart pharmacy. This was prior to 11 am. I called the Walmart at 5 pm and learned that nothing else had been transferred. During the time when the transfer request was submitted, Sugarland shipped 2 prescriptions without any conversation with me. This was a breach of trust and Sam agreed with me that should not have happened. I am now forced to request new scripts from more than one physician because DeliverIt will not transfer my prescriptions. I even sent a text to Ehab, the owner, explaining my predicament BELIEVING that he did not want anyone to receive the treatment I have received. His response was, "Thank you." I trusted these people with my health!

I am happy with my pharmacy especially Ehab I been with this team over 10 years and my kids also use them we are love like family Dewayn especially they will have everything ready on time

I was having insurance issues for my kids prescription and Liz was so helpful, she called my insurance as well and my doctor due to some insurance issues. Handling insurance issues is not easy but she followed through and resolved everything for our family’s prescriptions! And o was able to get my prescription for my sick kids the same day because of her help thanks to Liz’s efforts. She provided the BEST customer service I have ever had. Thank you so much Liz! I really appreciate it.
