Holly shows and skilled nursing skilled caregivers assisting with physical therapy, occupational therapy, bathing grooming medication in every aspect of healthcare has been handled professionally and with kindness. my mom unique preferences, they were able to tailor their services to providing the highest level in support. Dependable Health Care has certainly lived up to their name for me. I can always count on the staff to be extremely professional and helpful when called upon. The company provides a nurse to come for a visit once/week. And, I do trust that the nurse that visits has a level of knowledge and competence that is worthy of my trust. However, when another medical professional is needed, i.e., physician, PT, OT, etc., I always feel comfortable seeking the advice of the nursing staff of Dependable. Nurse Holly Hennigan is always helpful in assisting me in this process. It does help all of my medical records to be maintained “in the same file within the same company”..

After my surgery I was referred to Home Healthcare. I am so glad that I found Dependable Home Care, Inc. They have been Great! The nurses, Physical therapist and aids that have worked with me are so caring and supportive that I am doing better than I expected. They are very professional and encouraging. I would recommend them to anyone needing help After discharge from hospital.

This group has been completely frustrating to work with. They called my Mom's doctor today to let them know they were dropping coverage instead of calling me directly. I can never find out who the latest nurse is for Mom. They made medical decisions without including me, even though I asked repeatedly to be notified. I highly recommend to use someone different.
