Update!!! Kailey contacted me and was very nice and understanding. Her and Vanessa made me feel welcome and made new set for me. Night and day! Last Friday me and my friend came towards the end. Both got nails. Upon arrival I clearly said I want acrylic nails showed picture and person name Tony said okay and he made them. I told him while making them that they are too thick like 3 times, he hasn’t changed anything about it. When I paid and saw receipt it said that $20 dollars charge been added for gel. Which I simply said gel won’t last on my nails I want acrylic. He never said add on for gel or anything like that. I ask for refund. Their boss never bothered to answer me. So here I am trying to tell everyone: do NOT go there and if by accident you do, avoid TONY at any cost. High schooler will do better job. I’ll attach my receipt and picture of disaster he made. Huge disappointment. I came here since I saw good reviews. But clearly this person is not qualified to make nails. P.S.: tomorrow will be a week. That’s how bad they are. AVOID!!!!!

Everyone here does such an amazing job. Every. Single. Time. I’ve had Linh, Monica, and one other tech (male) and they all are ARTISTS. Price and color selection is amazing too. I typically get gel x manicure and a painted pedicure. I won’t ever go to another salon because I’m always satisfied with my nails and they make sure I leave happy. Plus the owner, Kailey, is sweet as can be. A true business woman. They also always have sweets and refreshments. 10/10 💜💜💜💜

Wonderful place to come and get a manicure and pedicure. This was my first time in and the service was amazing. I also didnt have an appointment, soni was worried that I was not going to be able to get in right away and they were able to take me in with no wait time. My first time getting builder gel and I absolutely love the results Lynn was so kind and very fast! I highly recommend coming to this place and checking it out.

I’ve been coming to Forest Nails & Spa every 2–3 weeks, and I can’t recommend them enough! The customer service is truly exceptional. They greet you by name, offer refreshments, and always make you feel like a valued customer from the moment you walk in. It’s a level of hospitality that’s hard to find. A special thank you to Monica, who always does an amazing job on my nails, and to Vanessa, who gave me one of the best pedicures I’ve had. They’re both incredibly talented and so kind. Thank you to the entire team for consistently providing such a wonderful experience every visit!

My husband and I exclusively get our mani/pedi’s at Forest Nail & Spa. Our loyalty began with prior owners. However, Kailey, the current owner has elevated the services and experience far beyond anything that came before her. We see Holly for Gel Builder Mani/Pedi and Natalie for my husband’s Mani/Pedi w paraffin, extra neck massage, etc. However if they are out of the shop we are also happy with the other technicians. The decor is lovely and recently updated. All new interior furniture, spa chairs, etc. The TV’s are either off or on relaxing photos only. The music is always just right. There is no bickering or fighting of any kind. Everyone is professional and communicative. They offer drinks and usually have some candy or cookies. The fresh plants and flowers at the front door and seasonal decor at the front desk are indicative of the service obsession at Forest. It likely starts with Kailey and her team reflects the same standards. Regarding the gel builder, it lasts nicely for 3 weeks. At that point they are too long for my liking. They never lift and only break if I’m doing manual labor (which I try to never do). We have absolutely never been injured or hurt by any anyone at Forest although that has happened elsewhere and is not fun. If you are looking for a great experience and have questions or concerns I would call Kailey and talk with her before booking. I’ve overheard her on numerous calls counseling prospective clients and advising them. In a nutshell, they care and it will be evident to you immediately. I’ve added my photos. Clearly not a had and foot model and not too adventurous on my color choices. However, I’ve seen very artistic creations while there. Whatever it is, the can most likely do it.
