First vist was fine but 2nd visit to pick up medication was a disappointment right from the start. I entered the store and stepped up to the cashier where two employees were present. Reaching into my wallet to get my receipt for medication pickup I was rudely told to wait with a hand signal from a very large African decent woman. She clearly lacks customer service skills and professionalism. A simple excuse me or just a moment we will be right with you would be a nicer greeting but management hasnt taught that employee the basics yet. I took out my ID and set it on the table to be prepared knowing it'll probably be best not to even speak to the employee at this point. No, thank you for your patience when she finally decided assist me. Just a what is your name, and straight to usual questions. Since she didn't hear my name and information, I said here's my ID, it'll be easier. (It was already on the counter if she bothered to look up and more aware of the situation. Good thing was that it didn't take very long to get my medication as there wasn't anyone else in the shop except for a 2nd employee of Indian decent that wandered off. After she placed the medication on the counter she just went right back to her own business without a word. I double checked the medication, name, dosage and since I was coldly serviced the whole time, I decided to return the favore ND not say thank you or good bye since that never crossed their minds. As I was leaving she had the nerve to yell something to me as I was walking away but at this point there's absolutely nothing worthwhile for me to pay attention or giving her the time to possibly ruin my great Saturday. Ignoring negativity is the best policy. Management, do try to improve your staff and if that was management, ownership definitely look into improving customer service. There are plenty of online courses to help improve employees with that type of skills.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the second time I've paid for a prescription and the delivery never happened. I had to call in and to find out it was never sent for delivery. Then she tried to make it as if it's the prescription …

Great pharmacy that feels like a small business that really cares for its clients. I just worked with Tina, who went through some hoops to get my teen's script sent over fast. She was wonderful. This is WAY BETTER than CVS or Walgreens!!!

Tina was wonderful, patient, and took my info to process over the phone. 5 stars for Tina. I prefer not to use any extra 3rd party health apps I don't have to after receiving 5 letters about local hospitals & drs offices that my info was hacked from.

Meena was so very helpful and patient with me as I was confused about a prescription. She patiently waited as I hunted something down and helped me sort through my confusion. We got everything sorted out and my new order was placed. I’m very grateful for her kindness and skill!
