What an awful experience, showed up on my 3rd month of a perscription and was told it was not on auto renew, well then how did I pick it up the 2nd month? Told to text them, previously they never responded. Then to top it all off this month they tried to increase my perscription costs almost 40%! When I politely stated it was not that the last two times got a very rude tone back. I get better service from a CVS than this. Update: I did not yell at either employee. I questioned why I was initially quoted a price approximately 40% higher than I had paid previously and explained the prior refill history. After I raised the discrepancy, the pharmacy ultimately charged the previous price. The owner’s response also publicly references information from the pharmacy’s internal system, including the exact time of my prescription pickup. I have preserved the response and reported the privacy concern through the appropriate channels.

This pharmacy is so incredible, I cannot recommend coming here enough. They are so kind, welcoming, and affirming. They are extremely helpful and informative, and will help with any needs you may have. The staff is always attentive and hold conversations even if it’s just a quick pickup. I have never had a pharmacy experience so overwhelmingly positive, and I will gladly make the drive to Englewood any time!

I’ve been a customer here for a while and really liked the team— they were friendly and helpful. But over the past few months, I’ve had repeated issues with prescriptions not being filled on time because the pharmacy was waiting on my doctor— and I wasn’t notified. There were several times I only found out when I followed up myself after the refill date. This wasn’t a one-time slip — it caused ongoing inconvenience, including a recent situation where I was out of town and couldn’t get my medication, and messages I sent asking for proactive communication have been ignored or went unanswered. Part of why I chose a local pharmacy was for more reliable communication, but that hasn’t been my experience recently. If timely updates and follow-through are important to you, this is something to consider. Update: I asked to speak with the owner about my concerns because I genuinely wanted to make this work. This was their reply: “I’m good! Should have probably reached out prior to leaving a nasty review! I’m done! This is a business of kindness and I opened this pharmacy bc I love serving people. I’ve got a lot to do today and really would like to move on and find some joy somewhere.” I liked this pharmacy and genuinely wanted it to work, but the decline in communication and dismissive response make it unreliable. My concerns were ignored and mischaracterized — a reminder that even well-meaning businesses can fail their customers when feedback is dismissed.

Highly recommend this pharmacy. They are knowledgeable and kind. The pharmacist took time out of his day to show me how to mix the meds for my mom. He also listened to me and was extremely compassionate. Everyone here was amazing.
