The owner asked me to leave because I took my daughter to the restroom! I kindly told the nail tech I had to use the restroom. She was frantically trying to finish my nails but I stopped her or my daughter would have an accident. When I came out the owner got in my face, pointing and angry, saying "you couldn't wait a minute and a half?!?!?! We can't serve you here, go someplace else!" I was embarrassed and caught off guard. I told him I had to take my daughter pee. My nail tech doing my feet was trying to continue my pedicure but the owner told her to stop. How embarrassing for an establishment to treat customers this way. He was yelling at me in front of everyone which is TOTALLY NOT OKAY. My children ages 3 and 6 were just watching him. He told me to leave again. I left... My daughter left her cup in the nail salon. I went back to get it and he got scared started dialing his phone. I told him that he was wrong for what he did. He said, "yeah exactly, I'm very wrong. I'm busy"... He followed me out the salon and took a picture of my license plate. I mean, was that really necessary? I am completely done with Grand Luxe Salons. There are far better establishments where you get treated with kindness and respect. I was literally kicked out of this place for taking my daughter to the restroom. Shame on this place for their lack of customer service, patience, and understanding. I am a full-time mom... It's not like everyday I get to get out and take care of things like my nails. What an awful experience!!!!

Everything was fine until I addressed the lady doing my nails if I was seeing bubbles or tons of white spots/sprinkles where the pink was supposed to be on my pink & white ombre. She told me hold on she was going to get someone who spoke …
Always a fantastic experience with pedicures. I have a special situation with my big toe that has to be filled in and they were on it! Didn't overcharge for that service and added no time to the overall pedicure. I usually make appts but I've also walked in after work with no issues. Don't forget to tip!
BEST NAILS EVER! I did my manicure with Toby. He is so kind and did a Great job!!! I highly recommend this place!
