Great American Cookies

Walked into Almeda Mall two weekends in a row to buy Domino cookies and this is what I saw. The picture in front of the different trays show what they are supposed to look like and I guess the baker wasn't on top of their craft that morning or under the age of 5 years old. I even included a picture of domino cookies from another location just to show how they are supposed to look....just like the picture. Three people behind the counter but only one is taking orders and ringing people up at a time. Presentation and service means a lot but when your cookies look like this, I'm not wasting my hard earned money. Compared to other locations, it looks like not enough dough was used to make the cookies because they are smaller and thinner...like they are trying to get more cookies out of the mix than suggested (cutting corners to make more money with less dough).

What happened to this location? The cookies look like they are designed by a toddler. The staff doesn’t speak English. They asked a girl who was sitting at a table to translate. While I was there waiting, that happened several times. Why isn’t there someone who knows how to decorate? For almost $40 for a cookie cake, I expected better than frosting all over the place. Now I have to drive to Webster for better service.

This has to the worst location ever and I have been to tons. This place is ran by teens, the manager is never present. They never have an any pre-fixed cookie cake. None on the weekdays or weekends. All the little girls can say is sorry. How about you do your job and make some cookie cake.

I love this place, been going here for years, but the last 4 times I have gone the service was poor, the people were not very friendly and the cookies were NOT fresh. Very disappointed. They have really gone down in the last year or 2. Sad. I feel I was treated as a #, instead of a customer. Several items I came for were not even readily available (but always were in the past). Going to look elsewhere or another location ( even though this is the most convenient ). Bummer!

Worest place the girl that was there was flirt chatting to two guy and I was like okay when are you going to help me . Then she was just rude had to tell her my order three time. Then she took for ever to charge me.
