These guys do it right! Hi quality products, produce, meat, beef, chicken and fish. I found a cut of salmon here that is really hard to find, a cross cut section. I also found a tri-tip steak here. Finding tri-tip is a little hard too. They also had an incredible selection of wine, and fine wines at that from Napa Valley. This place has something for everyone and basically they have a wonderful range of all that you could want from a supermarket. There is also a section in the front that has premade meals for individual servings. Very great supermarket.

Love HEB in Frisco… you do have to sometimes fight the crowd, but worth it. They have very competitive prices, fresh produce, always stocked, nice selection of meats to grill, and a one stop shop for everything. Staff is always friendly and helpful as well

I would like to report an incident that occurred in the SEAFOOD DEPARTMENT. While I was waiting patiently for another employee to finish packaging my food, I was listening to a video through my Ray-Ban Meta glasses. During this time, an employee approached me and asked (AFRICAN-AMERICAN WITH A PIERCING ON HIS FACE, works in seafood department) if I was okay because I had a “stank face.” I found this comment extremely inappropriate, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Regardless of how my facial expression may have appeared to him, there was absolutely no reason to address a customer in that manner. I was not being rude, disruptive, or disrespectful toward anyone, and I was simply waiting patiently for my order. I was shocked that an employee would feel comfortable making a personal and insulting comment to a customer. This interaction left me very uncomfortable and disappointed with the level of customer service I received. I believe additional training may be necessary regarding appropriate communication and professionalism when interacting with customers. I also hope management takes this incident seriously and addresses it appropriately so that other customers do not have a similar experience. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge the other employee who prepared my crab legs. They were packaged perfectly, and I was very pleased with that part of my experience. I’m looking forward to enjoying them.

Shopping at H-E-B is always great, but partnering with them is even better. Their commitment to supporting military families and local communities aligns perfectly with the mission of the Military Child Education Coalition. When a company says it cares about community—and actually backs it up—you notice. Great stores. Great people. Real impact. Texas is lucky to have H-E-B.

I shop at this HEB all the time but today will be my last visit. They had red meat that expired almost two weeks ago out on the floor for sale. Today is 6/14 and one of the pics shows 6/3 use by date. This is simply unacceptable from a store that charges so much. It was late on a Sunday but they were also apparently majorly understaffed because when I went to inform a manager she was having to help bag groceries. Neither manager seemed to take this major health risk seriously enough either. What if someone had taken taken this home and gotten sick? Trader Joe’s from here on out.
