We couldn't be happier with the results! Jjoy and her assistant were so friendly and attentive. My son has thin fine straight hair and this was his first perm. The end result looks great! Her salon is located inside the Phenix salon suites so that was a bit confusing but we walked around inside until we found her shop. I couldn't recommend her enough.
I had beautiful, long, healthy, soft and shiny hair and I went and got a japanese hair straightening that cost me $550+tip. I had gotten one with them a little over a year ago and it came out beautiful so I expected the same. But this time after washing it, my hair was very dry and very dull, curvy, lots of frizz and tangling, so I reached out to them and they were so nice to have me come back and try to "fix" it, I mentioned to them that I was afraid to overprocess my hair and they reassured they would work by strand to fix it, I felt so bad that they would have to work on my hair more hours but my hair really looked horrible. So I went and they put heat on it and straightened it all over again and at the end I noticed they put hair spray on it to calm down the frizz. And after washing it again, my hair is worse, dry, dull, curvy, snapping super easily and all my hair has ugly split ends. They never reached out to me again to ask how it turned out. I've had to spend alot more $$$ on Olaplex and other products trying to help repair my hair because I don't want to cut it but of course nothing's bringing my hair back to how it was. I believe they overprocessed my hair because they were working on other people's hair at the same time as mine the 1st time and 2nd time when they were "fixing" it. I hate to leave this review because they were super nice, but just save your money and don't ruin your hair like I did.

You can tell she takes pride in her work and wants you to love the end result — and I absolutely do. It’s worth every single penny. I’ll never trust anyone else with my hair again — she’s a total miracle worker. 💛
I am extremely satisfied with my hair. I have done straightening and hair hair and both turned out so good that I can’t believe. All my family loved it. Joy did all with extra care and sincerity. She is very hardworking and devoting on her work really appreciate. Thankfully my sister suggested this place .
