I’ve become a regular here for two main reasons: their incredible seasonal rotation and how easy they make it to stick to a healthy lifestyle. The seasonal items are always a highlight. Whether it’s their limited-time fruit infusions or special holiday blends, they consistently come up with creative flavors that taste like real ingredients, not just syrups. For everyday health, I love that they offer a massive selection of unsweetened teas. Their Unsweetened Peach Ginger** and Coconut are my go-tos—you get all the bold, tropical flavor with 0 calories. Plus, knowing they use double-reverse osmosis water makes a massive difference in the crispness of the tea. Pro-Tips for Newcomers: The Mix-and-Match: Don't feel limited to one flavor! You can mix half-sweet and half-unsweet, or blend two different flavors (like Mint and Watermelon) to create your own signature drink. Happy Hour: Hit them up between **2:00 PM – 4:00 PM** for half-price drinks. It’s the best value in town. Very clean inside, the place is clean the restrooms are very clean. They take pride in the place. The teas are just right, any flavor you get they are so so good. The also have a fruit bar and its really clean, definitely coming back, have been back about 3 times when I've been in the area. The people serving are really nice. Teas are sweet just right not too sweet.
Update: heads up when ordering a gallon. We ordered online and son picked up at 5pm. Just noticed it said “chug by 3/31”. Wow. We have 5 hours before it is rancid? Please don’t sell full price Gsllons thst expire in 6 hours. Love this! At first, I couldn’t believe an ice tea place could survive. Boy was I wrong! I love this place, clean products thst taste amazing. No energy/health gimmicks. No day glo chemical “loaded teas”. Clean and refreshing authentic products! Cowboy is my favorite! Don’t forget the happy hour! Our family hits it 4 times a week!
