I want to preface what I’m about to say by saying: Anyone looking for any real estate property in the DFW area, Kenneth is one hundred percent your guy. I’ll detail my experience with him below, it’s worth your time to read. I was in the market for my first home back in July. I met Kenneth through a friend of mind who ensured me that Kenneth and his team would be the absolute best in assisting me throughout the entire home buying process; that was foreshadowing I didn’t understand at the time. Those words came to fruition as the process went on and on. From day one, Kenneth got to asking the right questions to make sure he knew exactly what I was looking for so he could send me properties that were in my price range and suited my taste. The business Kenneth has scaled is immense, yet it didn’t matter what time of day I would call, text or email, he got every question I had answered at anytime and that to me is the difference between him and other agents that may want to represent you. I was a first time home buyer in this process, so I had tons of questions, some may have seemed stupid to him, but he always provided prompt and timely response and advice, all while being a family man to his wife and kids. He walked with me through every step and I commend him for that. With Kenneth, it’s not about just selling another house. He’s about making sure you’re in the right fit for what makes sense for you as the buyer. That’s at the forefront of his brain and all of his actions follow suit.
