If you’re a busy person and just want to get your yearly check up quick, this is the doctor for you! If you care about your health, go elsewhere. Starting off, her staff is nice and friendly. Nothing wrong with them. The doctor herself is TERRIBLE. She doesn’t care for her patients and just wants to make easy money without really helping patient needs. My first bad experience was with my annual check up. Annual check ups are designed to make sure your health is in check, and you should be able to go to your doctor with the concerns you have, and get your health in check. Jackie is just simply lazy and doesn’t even try to pretend to care for her patients. Quickest, lousiest check up I’ve ever gotten. I don’t want to get into specifics for obvious reasons, but things that other doctors would point out and show concern to, she would not even notice, and when mentioning them, she’d give it no concern or say well it’s already dealt with and will skim over your concerns. She also said she ordered something at the pharmacy for me, in which I never got a confirmation or any order form for me to pick up, even after verifying my contact info. Shortly after, I had another over the phone appointment for my lab results. Here, she’s late, and barely gives me five minutes. I pay for an appointment that is less than a five minute phone call, which I understand because it might just he policy, but she literally just reads off the lab report, as if I wasn’t sent a copy and couldn’t have just got that info myself. She was obviously seeing the lab report for the first time, going down the list verbatim, not even having certainty in her voice in what she was saying. When asking her questions about health and what I need that wasn’t included on the lab report, she would question why your asking and dismiss your questions rather than answering, and when she does, she gives the most basic google coated answer. I also brought up never getting anything from the pharmacy, in which she claims she’s does but will send another order. I confirm my contact info MULTIPLE times again, in which I get nothing again. My mom had the same problem, in which she was so unprepared she read off a previous year lab report…. Overall just terrible, avoid if you care for your health.

Dr. Jackie Nguyen is a extremely compassionate person, a very good listener, who sincerely cares about her patients. Her knowledge of Medicine and the latest research adds to her Professionalism. Her staff are very efficient and friendly, while the cleanliness of her office is very impressive. If you need a Doctor who can diagnose your medical problems, Dr Jackie Nguyen is your go-to Doctor. It's hard to find a Professional Doctor who cares so much for her patients. Dr. Jackie Nguyen goes the extra mile for her patients, listening to them carefully to assess their needs. Finding a Doctor who you can trust, is very important.

Dr. Nguyen and her staff are always friendly and welcoming. More importantly, Dr Nguyen takes the time to understand my health issues and provide great care. I’m lucky to have found her.

Dr. Nguyen is a very caring and competent physician. Our family have been under her care for over 10 years and couldn't be more satisfied with her care. we were searching for a competent, professional, and caring family doctor and were blessed to have gotten a referral to Dr. Jackie Nguyen through a friend. We never felt rushed when we need to see her. She helped my mother-in-law get the prompt specialist referral for brain cancer after seeing her only two visits while her other doctors kept prescribing more prescriptions that she didn't need for months! Nice woman and super smart.
