I went in for a dental cleaning and felt very pushed towards an expensive treatment plan within the first 20 minutes of the appointment (roughly $3000 worth in total) and I didn’t feel heard when I expressed that I didn’t have that kind of money. It felt like I was getting rushed to make a decision and left me feeling anxious. I understand corporate structures probably push staff towards creating these treatment plans early on, but it just kind of felt impersonal and not very cognizant of the patient walking into the office. The plan may have been completely reasonable (and it might not be), but the approach felt aggressive and raised some red flags for me. Front office staff was easy to work with, however and I found them helpful.
I had a great experience at Ideal Dental. Charmy was fantastic during my deep cleaning procedure. She immediately put me at ease and took the time to clearly explain each step of the process, which made the whole visit much more comfortable. Clayton at the front desk was also excellent—very friendly, professional, and helpful. He even helped me out with a small discount, which I really appreciated. Overall, the staff made the experience smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and welcoming dental team.
My wife and I started going here and we love it. The staff is amazing and friendly. Charmy shah and Dr. Subba are a great care team and I will always refer my friends to them. Anyone looking for a new dentist office should go here. Best service in town hands down and thank you for taking care of us.
My husband and I had our first appointment with Ideal Dental Frisco on Main Street in Frisco on Tuesday. We just got new insurance and wanted to come to Ideal Dental Frisco as we had heard a lot of good things about them. We had been to several other offices prior and felt we were not given the level of care that we were looking for. As this was our first appointment with Ideal Dental Frisco, we did have a different feeling the minute we walked into their office. Everyone was on top of everything, we were taken in a timely manner, all our questions, were answered, it was just a friendly caring vibe. The office staff was helpful and accommodating. We were extremely impressed with the office manager and Dr. Nathani as they both wanted to make sure, we understood the care we needed. My husband has more dental work needed and they gave him options. Well, that is a first, usually we get one plan and no other options. I’m glad we came to Ideal Dental Frisco. I believe that this will be our dental home for a long time. Definitely recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a new dental home.
It gives money grab and money hungry. First off they made my filing fall out during a different procedure. Then they did a temporary filling replacement twice instead of fixing the issue. My tooth later became infected and I was not given antibiotics. Also I was advised that they would cover the tooth removal however I was treated rude and ugly as they just snatched my tooth out and left fragments of tooth behind. I'm in pain and feel very disrespected and treated like a piece of trash. And the pain I have is unbearable. Now I'm home with 5 prescriptions and I just feel terrible. They treated me like a number not a human being. If I could give 0 stars I would this has been a nightmare.
