India Bazaar Eldorado

I've been to many India Bazaar branches in the Dallas area, and my visit to the Eldorado branch was a great experience. The store has a wonderful collection of groceries and fresh vegetables. A special thanks to Pradeep Kumar for his excellent customer service. He helped me locate the items I needed, especially the fresh vegetables. He was friendly, interactive, and smiling throughout, which made the shopping experience feel very welcoming and refreshing. He was polite and even accompanied me until I found everything I was looking for. Such a nice guy! Customer service like this really makes a difference.

Bought 2 boxes of mangoes (12 in each box) from India Bazaar Eldorado, and most of them turned out to be bad from the inside — black/rotten around the seed and clearly not good quality once cut open. The problem is that you cannot detect this externally in the store. The mango can look perfectly fine outside and still be spoiled inside. Their 24-hour return policy makes no sense for boxed mangoes. No normal customer is going to cut open 24 mangoes within 24 hours just to protect themselves from hidden spoilage. Mangoes are eaten over several days as they ripen. By the time you discover the bad ones, the policy becomes useless.

Huge place with incredible, plump and colourful produce, you would want to eat them on the spot. So many varieties of vegetables. There's also other asian products sold in the shop.

I had a great experience at this store. They have a wide variety of Indian groceries available, and everything was well organized and easy to find. The store is clean and well stocked, which makes shopping convenient. A special mention to Anupama, who was extremely helpful and polite. She provided excellent customer service and made the shopping experience even better. Her friendly attitude and willingness to assist customers are truly appreciated. Overall, it’s a nice store with a great selection of Indian groceries and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

I am new to Dallas, and I visited the India Bazaar Frisco branch for the first time. I was surprised by the huge collection of groceries and fresh vegetables. There were so many options that I got a little lost! Mr. Pradeep was very kind and helpful. He helped me find everything I was looking for and guided me in choosing the items I needed. His excellent customer service made my shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Mr. Pradeep! I will definitely visit again.
