Couldn’t ask for a better experience here. Shoutout to Sean and Dallas for helping me select 2 timepieces that I absolutely loved. They were extremely knowledgeable on the pieces and helped with sizing. The store was recently remodeled and looks gorgeous. They have a wide selection of items. Highly recommend this spot. Will definitely be coming back!

Olivia at the Wm Cannon location was our consultant. If you are after a true customer service experience then Jared and Olivia should be your team. We like dealing with someone who knows their job and can give us the best value. Olivia is patient, knowledgeable and understands every aspect of the buying experience of fine jewelry. Without her the engagement ring shopping would have been stressful and we would not have been able to have the perfect ring. She will make sure you are happy while being honest about how it looks and what really works for you. Do yourself a favor and work with the best! If you go to Jared Jeweler’s (W. William Cannon Dr. store) ask for Clarissa Mata. !!!! She took the time to treat me like a VIP and I probably spent to much time “kicking the tires” on several watches but she was so patient and kind with me. She knows the products and is very personable and professional. Update 4-22-28: Reduced to 1 star. Buyers beware of this Jarod’s. Had problems with the watch from the start with accuracy. Called a few times and was told just "give it a little bit". Felt like I was delayed to get past the 30 days. When I couldnt take it any more, I brought it in to send off for service under warranty (my new $$$$ watch). Two weeks later they called and said they did not send it off and to come back in for an exchange. I asked If I could just return it and was denied. Over all just very disappointed and watch brings me no joy now. I regret ever walking into this Jarrod's. Im not a rich person, can't afford Rolex etc...and this was sort of a gift to celebrate by pending retirement. This in no way is a reflection of my orignal sales person. She was great.

Had such an incredible experience at Jared’s thanks to Clarissa. She made the whole process of picking out engagement rings feel easy, exciting, and actually really special instead of overwhelming. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, answered every question with patience, and guided us without any pressure. Clarissa did explain it all (inside joke) You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find something meaningful.

Abysmal attention to detail. I spent 2 days diligently trying to contact the store in between working hours, training and preparing for a deployment. Seems like no one is around to answer the phones. I made a “virtual” appointment so I can have someone call me today 7AUG2026 at 4:00 PM EST , well they must be extremely busy because it is 5:31 PM and I have yet to receive a call. It appears to me that when call backs and appointments are concerning purchasing items and spending money at their store they make contact right away, even to a suffocating point. When it is about customer service and after purchase needs like mine, they couldn’t care less. These stores have become so instilled in their National chains and indifference in their 9 to 5 job, lacking true passion and knowledge of fine jewelry, that they are almost like the fast food of the jewelry world. You are better off truly investing in yourself and finding higher(Not Er… high end) end, more renown and professional jewelry stores with impecable customer service, attention to detail and dependable professionalism. I took my needs to Cartier in Austin and I was not disappointed. They are much better options in this area than Jared’s and stores very much like it.
