Jenny Beauty Supply Carrollton

I had a very disappointing experience at Jenny’s Beauty Supply. I stood at the counter for nearly 10 minutes waiting for assistance. One employee was casually scrolling on his phone, so I asked if someone could help me. Instead of assisting me, he simply asked the cashier to make an announcement over the intercom. After waiting another 10 minutes with no one coming, I asked again if I could be helped. The gentleman simply shrugged me off. At that point, I ended up going behind the counter to assist myself because no one seemed interested in helping. We need more Black-owned beauty supply stores. There should be more regard and respect for the Black community that spends billions of dollars supporting the beauty supply industry. Customers who simply want to patronize a business deserve to be acknowledged, respected, and appreciated. I came in ready to spend my money, but instead I was ignored and made to feel like my business didn’t matter. I hope management takes customer service more seriously because no one should have to work this hard just to make a purchase.

It got a 1 only because they have a decent variety of things. Make sure you want what your getting because the receipt says one thing and the people behind the counter who dont smile say another and I am now out 25 bucks because of things that were in original unopened packages couldnt be brought back. Also they lied and said 2 of the items were on discontinued when they are definately not I have been buying foils there forever. I guess they are just trying to pay for their new building they really couldnt afford. lol. Well it cost them a customer so really it hurt them not to return it because I buy alot of products they sell but I will be going to Sallys for now on or somewhere else that doesnt mind returns. Smh!

Hello I'am so upset this was my first time shopping at jenny Beauty supply. I normally shop in Plano I was only in the store for 10 mins when I entered Daniel greeted me I asked him where the razar was and he escorted me to that location he was very professional however the bad experience was with the caucasian white lady who was to the right of the store as soon as you enter I guess she was putting labels on the product I had a question about one of the hats and she immediately had a attitude with me and rolling her eyes and mumbling under her breath as if she did not want to be bothered and treated me like I was trash and then lied and said I was arguing with her because I called her out on her unprofessional behavior, if the owner is reading this please run your camera so you can see her facial expression and body language towards me the time was about 12:30 12:35 this lady is not a good representative for your business she looks as if she was one of the store lead person but not sure if she was the manager please address this matter immediately honestly she looked as if she did not take her medication crazy pill 💊 or she was on some type of drugs her behavior was terrible I will not recommend anyone to this store if your going to have someone run the store please let it be someone with a Great personality and Great Customer service this white woman was horrible 😡 she needs to be fired asap

I will happily drive all the way to The Hair Depot on W Camp Wisdom Rd whether it’s rain, snow or a tornado. I came into Jenny’s for the first time today and I’ll NEVER come back. The staff all extremely rude and have NASTY attitudes. As a business owner I would be appalled if my store was being ran like this.

This was my first and last time shopping this location. Who wants to feel like a crooked criminal as they shop? Get to checkout, and directly behind the cashier, an older Asian man is staring me down the whole transaction. Wow. Such hospitality to a paying customer. Never again.
