Absolutely beyond satisfied with this place! They had wonderful customer service. I brought my 14 month old for his first haircut as a walk in they had us in the chair within 15 minutes. They have a bunch of patience and offered waters to us. Just over all a wonderful experience would 100% recommend! Oliver worked on my little one not only did he do an amazing job with his haircut but he also had the most patience and showed suburb professionalism. Will definitely come back!

Place is nice, clean, stylish. The offer of a drink is nice upon arrival. They made me feel welcome and at home as a walk-in. Not too busy on a Sunday afternoon. A really fine cut. Beard trim and low skin fade. All the 5 reviews about this place are well deserved. Alberto S. was very detailed and took his time to make sure the hair and beard was looking perfect. He cut it exactly how I asked, and it turned out better than expected. After he styled it I didn't even need to touch it. Very well done. Clean fade, perfect edge up, and beard trim all very detailed. Hot towel and shave gel before shave. Looking just as good the next day. I will return here any time I am in the North Garland/Richardson area.

This is the BEST barbershop in the North Texas/Garland/Richardson area. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would because this shop is a TEN. Clean, comfortable and upscale experience. My son and I both switched to JV Barber Studio a couple of years ago and we couldn't be happier. The staff is professional and talented, and take there time. I never feel rushed during my appointment. Light refreshments are even provided, and the automated scheduling w/text reminders is nice. The overall atmosphere is top tier and appropriate and safe for families with kids. I'd recommend this barbershop and it's staff to ANYONE looking for a quality haircut experience. (The prices are great too!) Joel the owner is my barber, but my son rotates barbers, and we ALWAYS have a positive, consistent experience. Thank you JV Barber Studio!

I brought my son in as a walk in. He got an amazing haircut from Adrian. My son is 5 and Adrian took his time and gave him a perfect fade and cut a design for him. While my son was getting cut, Ricardo was able to squeeze me in for a cut and a beard shave as well as a mustache shape up. He took his time and did a great job. I’ll be sure to make an appointment next time. I’d be happy to see both Adrian and Ricardo. Even as a walk in, I never felt like either of them rushed us. I strongly recommend coming and seeing either of these guys.

I got my haircut by Adrian, and requested a taper, asking if he could take some off the top with scissors. I expressed that the last person who cut my hair, didn’t know how to do a scissor cut and left my hair very uneven. Please, just even it out. He said “oh yea, I see exactly what you mean.” Then started cutting my hair with scissors…. Dry….. I could tell as soon as he started cutting he didn’t know what he was doing either. I just sat there with a sinking feeling in my gut. Fade was good but I’m literally so frustrated how many barbers will accept a scissor cut, and not know what they’re doing. I wish I was exaggerating but you can see just how uneven it is. I was praying it’d even out after a shower and styling but no. It’s less noticeable but I know in a week it’ll look so patchy. Maybe they do better on non-curly hair. Maybe I’m just a one off. Regardless, they let me walk out like this. They seem like a chill place and I really enjoyed the customer service. Just extremely disappointed the results don’t match the vibe.
