Kaiser Permanente Daly City Medical Offices

Wonderful experience; Dr. Petkars assistant was so kind and welcoming; I returned to Daly City after 12 year absence because my new employer/ Contractor offered Kaiser to us again Wait time getting blood draw became to be very impacted; and this was early, @ 10:00 a.m. Dr. 's schedule was already seemingly running late; Dr. Petkar is very thorough and kind and covers all questions and I felt comfortable with her; I was rereferred to making an online meeting for a referral to a Specialist I do feel like all staff have huge work loads; that scheduling should perhaps be more spaced between [ patients / and or hire additional staff so tha patients do not get frustrated I got frustrated a week later online waiting to meet with Dr. at a 3 p.m. video call ( Dr. M?) and I left waiting room online after 2u5 minutes- I had left my own job early to make this appointment in privacy- The Dr.did not show; probably due to busy work schedule ( npt blaming him because he sent a kind follow up letter later)- but there is no update virtually while patient "waits" online and there should be so that patients feel part of the process Thanks so much; glad to be back

The attending Doctor Ella Simpson was extremely thorough in the examination of my hearing aids making some little repairs to make me more comfortable. She also went to the extent in removing some debris from my left ear. Friendly smiles were never foreign to her. She had everything done with nothing left out, marked by a painstaking attention to detail and exhaustive completeness. She also provided us extra supplies to clean the hearing monthly and some moisturizer to make the hearing aids slide into the ears easier and less stressful. After all these, I feel she deserves kudos from your Department for a job well done!

Audiologist was friendly, professional and extremely informative throughout session. She answered all my questions and was extremely reassuring. In view of my pending travel arrangements was able to secure a next day appointment with Head and Neck doctor for further evaluation and treatment. I really appreciated that!

Ella and Michelle were professional, courteous , knowledgeable and explained the process so I could understand what they wanted to achieve during the testing. Afterwards they went over the results. Yep , I have hearing loss AND I'm having to wear my glasses more often... BUT I still play a "Mean Pinball"** cultural reference, sorry...😁 Michelle, see you at my hearing aids consultation... The Office visit was great !!!

Audiologist, Dr Gawne, is amazing. She is not only a good professional but a caring individual. Her interaction with patients is overly polite and courteous. She has all the time to answer questions to the satisfaction of patients. I have not seen such a rare combination before .
