Our home has been on the market for several months. I read an article titled "Reasons Why Your Home Isn't Selling" some of the reasons are home is not selling we have no control over. However, one of the reasons the article listed was that the realtor might not care about the home selling. Keller Williams has successfully sold other houses, this realtor company needs to continue convincing potential buyers to see the BEST features of our home.
