He takes the time to thoroughly explain procedures, answer questions, and make patients feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate his honesty and that he never recommends unnecessary treatment. He is patient, caring, and truly cares about his patients’ well-being. The staff is also welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend KS Dental!
I honestly hate going to the dentist, so I was pretty nervous going in. My previous dentist wasn’t very friendly at all, so this experience was a huge change. Dr. Sue was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the visit. I’ll be starting Invisalign with him, and he explained the entire process and how it works so clearly I’m actually excited to get started. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and kind, always checking to make sure I was okay, including the front desk. Scheduling my next three appointments was also super easy. Highly recommend!
Dr. Su is a genuine person willing to answer any questions you may have with ease. Started my Invisalign with him a year ago and now I’m just waiting on my retainer tray. I couldn’t be happier with my new smile and the service the dentistry provided.
Dr. Su and his team are excellent communicators at my first two appointments. Everyone were informative and helpful with all the questions I have, from the dental chair to the front desk. Importantly, I'm pleasant to discover (but not surprised) that Dr. Su commits himself to continued education and advanced training, even after his dentistry degree. He sounds experienced and confident answering detailed inquiries about Invisalign, which solidified my trust in his office being a Platinum Invisalign Provider in Westminster, CA. My first impressions of KS Dental has been phenomenal and I highly recommend Dr. Su's dentistry practice. I have high hope and look forward to my own Invisialign treatment journey here.
I had a great visit for my invisalign consultation with Dr. Kai Su today at KS Dental. He was thorough in his explanation of the process and easy to talk to. The pricing was good and he did not try to upsell and was honest. FYI the retainer price ia included in his package deal vs other places I visited. Its a good saving. I decided to go with him.
