LCS Nails Frisco (Main St & Legacy Dr)

I had my first visit for a builder gel set fill with Lynn and she did an incredible job. I’m extremely particular with shape and everything and she did amazing. She’s very particular, which I love! My nails are not too thick, and the most perfect shape. I will definitely come back. Everyone there was so friendly and the salon was really clean. Thank you LCS!

Unfortunately, I think this will be the last time I go to LCS Nails. I went in wanting almond French tip dip nails. I caught so many mistakes during the service. The nail tech was going way too fast in the beginning trying to rush through my service. I had crooked nails, the application of the tips was improper since he did not use an actual glue and the tips lifted in the corners. The application of the white powder for the French tips had inconsistent thickness. I had one nail that was so comically lopsided to the right and suggested he redo the entire tip and he laughed. Then in the end, I had extremely bulky nails and I asked him to file them down. He was arguing with me that they needed to be thick so they wouldn’t break. I’ve gotten dip powder for 10 years of my life, I know what thickness they should be. After some minimal filing, I just gave up and stopped arguing with him. He tried to brush it off when I would point out the mistakes throughout the service and ask him to fix it. I told him during the service this nail set mattered a lot to me because I’m getting engaged this weekend. Unfortunately, he did not do the service with care. I wanted to treat myself to a professional service but I wonder if I should’ve just done my nails at home. I’m extremely upset. At least the nails look decent from far away. Up close, they are atrocious and full of mistakes and I will probably take them off shortly after my special weekend. I’ve been coming to LCS nails on and off for a little over a year and I don’t think I can trust LCS anymore. I’m heartbroken they didn’t care when it mattered the most.

As a first time customer here, Mimi is by far the best nail tech I’ve had. I had a black and red cateye nail set and she was very thorough with every detail, knowledgeable, and had clear communication with me with the shape, color, etc. Absolutely amazing and very sweet, she’s very quick too. Loved my experience here! ❤️

I booked the nail appointment with Ann for my 85 y/o mom for an early Mother’s Day gift. Ann was so incredibly kind and did an amazing job! My mom loved the results! The salon was very clean, and beautiful. The staff was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend LCS Nails Frisco and Ann as your nail technician!
