LOFT

It's an okay Loft location located in Stonebriar mall. The employees were friendly. I came to return some items. It is one of the smaller Loft stores I have come into though. The sale area is a bit crowded. Sizes are not available. Alternative is ordering online, which they take forever to ship if at all.

I shop at Loft frequently! And never I have never experienced such a hostile manager at any location as this one at the mall. She was Closing on Saturday 06/28/2025 and wrote down her name to me as Teresa M. She rang an item for me and it came out priced way higher than the price on the tag, I was so confused and asked her why is the price higher! And she very rudely said we made a mistake on the tag!! “DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT” I was shocked and told her im just asking for clarification because usually in this case the price on the tag should be honored and she rejected that very rudely. I asked for a manager and she very proudly showed me her tag as a manager saying she’s worked multiple retail jobs and never heard of honoring the price on the tag. I had this happened to me one time at Target and they matched the price on the tag and apologized for the confusion. Very disappointed by the awful costumer service at this location especially coming from manager!!!!

Corporate personnel needs to evaluate the employee service standard as it relates to the staff at this store. I went to make an online return here based on incorrect product detail (color and waterproof capacity) and instead of trying to turn the return into an exchange, the manager and associate told me they liked the color (after I told them it wasn’t as pictured) and that it “worked pretty well” in response to me saying the jacket was not waterproof. This could be an attractive shopping experience of customer service were even marginally better.

I like loft clothes and accessories, fabric is nice and feels good on the skin. However stonebriar loft isn’t great! The customer service at this location is awful, ladies work here look down upon you- as if why did you come to our store!! Not sure if this is anything to do with my ethnicity. Had such experience multiple times! They talk and great other people fine but treat us differently! Which I do not appreciate and hate to visit this branch sadly.

Good store but need lot of improvements in their service.
