Whitney was fantastic. She’a a nail tech and has her own room within the building so the experience is more personalized. Any picture of an inspiration you are wanting to do on your nail, she can do it with no problem!!! 10/10 would recommend 😊.
Came here with some friends to get pedicures and a manicure. The man who did my pedicure was fantastic 10/10. But I had issues with my manicure. The woman who did it was on the phone and rushing the entire time. My gel x nails started peeling a few hours after getting them done. I contacted the salon and they offered to fix them. I had to drive back 30 minutes to get them fixed. The lady apologized and said the polish was “thick”. She redid my nails. They looked better but now they are peeling again. I got them done Sunday 6/28 and today is 6/30. I got the same polish done on my toes and haven’t had any issues. I’ve gotten gel x many times and this has never happened before.
Had a great experience seeing Whitney for the first time. She did an amazing job on these Gel X nails, it only took her an hour. I will definitely be back to her again!
first time here and came with my mom for her birthday. we both got mani pedis with french on the hands. i usually get acrylic french but decided to try gel this time around since my natural nails had grown out, and i think they turned out great (i have rough cuticles so thats my fault lol) we were the only guests when we got there, but as time went on, more people came in and the staff navigated it smoothly to assist everyone while still finishing our nails in a timely manner! our techs were funny and great conversationalists as well :)
I got a gel pedicure here on May 19th I believe. Today was next pedicure and I was told this is green staining is due to improper application of the gel polish which led to bacteria getting trapped between the nail and the gel polish when moisture snuck underneath. Staff was nice, friendly and welcoming, and only of my toes was affected. Edit: In response the comment below. The appointment was through Whitney (who did a fantastic job on my nails) and the pedicure was added when I booked with her. My toes were done for the first time since being a Lush today at RC, which is why the picture is posted from there.
