I have been going here from past last 8+ years and not a single time I had any bad experience. Staff is very welcoming and polite always smiling. The owner and her husband are very nice. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to be relaxed and wants a Queen treatment 😁

This place used to be good. Not anymore. The guy who did my manicure was so rude and strict any thing I asked him. He says no we can’t do it. Beside that his tone was rude. The lady who did my pedicure did awful job. They were both not trained and not professional. Spent above 100 for this job (take look at pictures).Not gonna go back any more although I used to be their potential customer. I do not recommend this place

Not a positive experience initially. There is an older man working as nail tech, you should avoid at all cost. He is no longer interested in working and his lack of interest greatly impacts the outcome. He wanted me to go with his recommendation. Hesitated when I asked to see the other nail colors available. Used the wrong color after I selected the color I preferred and used the incorrect chrome color after I verbally corrected him 3 times. He barely applied the chrome after which I was so ready to get away from this unhappy incompetent man and his bad attitude... I wrapped up the service accepting his poor quality work. Luckily enough for me.... the second nail tech/artist, a thin tall young woman, was amazing!!! She obviously takes pride in her work and the reputation of the salon. She kindly offered to correct the work after viewing my nails. She went on to carefully correct the very sloppy work of the complacent should be retiree. The young nail tech pro deserves five stars for professionalism and skill. My advice to Luxe Nails is to let guy who wants to/should retire go home and paint his own nails if he is so inclined. His lack of professionalism and lack of attention to detail is a reputation drag.

We had a wonderful experience here a few days before Christmas getting our nails done! Everyone was so kind and friendly. And the place was very clean and neat. We got the paraffin wax treatment and the neck massage along with our nails …

I came here on a whim just to get a pedicure. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great from the start. When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted right away, but I decided to give the salon a chance anyway. Eventually, a staff member came over and asked what I wanted. I told her I was there for a pedicure, and she simply pointed me toward the polish colors. I had to ask what drinks were available. Instead of offering me a menu, she quickly listed a few options so fast that the only one I caught was a mimosa, so that’s what I ordered. The pedicure itself was very basic. I’ve definitely had much better massages and more relaxing experiences elsewhere. After I finished my drink, no one checked to see if I wanted another one, so I had to ask. This time, I requested a drink menu because I wanted to try something different. Instead, she brought me another mimosa before I even had a chance to choose. When I explained that I had asked for the menu because I wanted a different drink, she responded by saying, “The pedicure you got doesn’t come with these drinks.” If certain pedicure packages only include certain beverages, that should be clearly explained when customers are choosing their service or listed on the menu. I wasn’t informed of any drink restrictions, and it made the whole interaction feel awkward and unwelcoming. I also didn’t choose the cheapest pedicure, so the situation was confusing. Overall, the customer service was disappointing, the pedicure was average, and the experience wasn’t worth the money. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this salon. Save yourself the disappointment and spend your hard-earned money somewhere that values customer service and communicates clearly with its guests.
