This was the most disappointing and upsetting experience I’ve had at an eye exam clinic. The first doctor examined my eyes in less than two minutes, and it didn’t feel like a proper or thorough examination. The prescription turned out to be wrong, the contact lenses made my eyes feel worse, and the glasses I ordered were completely unsuitable—oversized and causing me to see very abnormally. When I returned, I was offered a refund instead of real help to fix the issue. I had to come back again for a second examination because my vision had worsened. Unfortunately, the second doctor also did not seem to take the time to properly evaluate my eyes. The exam felt rushed and careless, more like routine maintenance than a real medical assessment. She relied mainly on old information instead of carefully checking my current condition, and suggested random options without a proper evaluation. I left still without a proper solution and very frustrated, especially because I needed clear vision for work. What I was looking for was a clinic that genuinely cares about patients and takes eye health seriously, not one that treats eye exams as something superficial. I left that place in tears and will be looking for a different provider who takes proper care and attention in their examinations.

He did offer other services but when I was not interested he heard me. He also went above and beyond to see if my insurance would apply. The optometrist (Marilyn) was also amazing! I’m looking forward to picking up my new glasses and I will go in specifically when Richard is there! Jasmine Nguyen, O.D. completely redefined what an eye exam should feel like. She actually took the time to understand my lifestyle and day-to-day visual demands, then made smart, targeted contact lens recommendations that addressed symptoms I’d been dealing with for a while. The visit was engaging and human, not the flat, monotone experience you expect from eye exams. It felt collaborative, not transactional. Eduardo Garcia was equally impressive on the eyewear side. He’s clearly an expert in Cartier glasses. He walked me through their extensive Cartier selection, handled repairs on my existing pairs, and broke down the latest eyewear technology in a way that was informative without being salesy. High competence, high confidence.

Dr Jasmine Nguyen is exceptional! I’ve been coming here for eye exams for years and will keep coming here as long as she’s my doctor. Highly recommend!

Had a seamless experience with Dr. Nguyen and the staff who were all incredibly helpful, informative and professional. They were great and even let me take a picture of one of my scans. The exam assistant and store sales clerks were great, as well as the frames selection with the recent store remodel.
