Dennise was an amazing therapist. She was very kind and took the time to talk about problem areas. She worked out knots that I didn’t know I had! The deep tissue massage was amazing and the face massage was also fantastic! So nice that they include your choice of aromatherapy. The employee at check-in was also very sweet and did not push a membership on me, although it would be very beneficial. She explained everything very well. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Massage Heights — 1/5 — Deceptive Pricing, Zero Customer Service. What was supposed to be a thoughtful gift from my wife after a rough couple of weeks at work turned into a frustrating experience we won't repeat. We found a promotion through NTTA (toll tag) that was offering a deal at Massage Heights. We called, scheduled an 11 AM appointment, and showed up in good faith. What they never disclosed, not on the call, not upfront, is that promotions don't stack, AND that first-time visitor pricing is also treated as a promotion. You're essentially disqualified from the deal the moment you walk in the door for the first time, and nobody tells you that. A 90-minute massage came out to over $240 all in. When we called to ask about a refund, the answer was a flat no, over $48. Let me be clear: this is not a disgruntled customer venting. This is someone doing the ethical thing and speaking up for every customer who walks in through a partner promotion and doesn't get a straight explanation of how their pricing actually works. It was an honest mistake on our end, and theirs, one that deserved a simple, good-faith refund. $48 is not a lot of money, but it is everything when it comes to principle and how you treat people who work hard for every dollar they spend. I still left a generous tip because that's the kind of person I am. But Massage Heights lost a customer, and hopefully this review saves someone else the frustration. Do your homework before you book. They won't do it for you! Almost forgot, my appointment was for 90 minutes, we started at 11:17am and finished at 12:27pm, by my calculation this is not 90 minutes. If I'm paying these absurd prices, I want every second to be worth it. Never again!

I have a NTTA perk for saving 60% off a massage. The whole thing is a sham. They raise the price to $159.99 and then give you 60% off so that its "only" $63.99 plus tax and tip. Paige was so nice to be transparent that there really isnt much of a discount. They are a typical BAIT AND SWITCH place. I hope they lose more customers than they trick. F- for ethics. I would never give them a dime for being so shady. FYI to the owners-- if you just said get a $63.99 massage! i probably would have booked. but i dont like a bait and switch. JUST BE HONEST AND ETHICAL. The owners are the absolute worst! i feel sorry for every worker up there.

Ling is such a great therapist! She listens and targets problem areas. She has a magical touch. I feel my stress melting away during my massage. Highly recommend!
