Staff is very caring and well organized - wait time was minimal and the Dr was amazing - very thourogh and went through all my medical records and even went above and beyond my expectations as a new patient - it’s really difficult when changing health care providers -Dr Nguyen and his staff made this a very easy and comfortable transition .

First time here and we like it. Doctor is very nice and care. Staffs are very friendly. I would recommend friend and family member.

He never examined all way on computer not recommended

Would not recommend this place. Many of his patients are older folks. The staffs at the front are great, and I have never had bad service from them. It's the doctor that is the problem. He is originally from another clinic with horrible horrible yelp review. Anyways, I should have known that he is the same as the other clinic he came from. First off this doctor dismissed my concern for why I was having multiple asthma attacks a month. He kept giving me the same medicine and told me not to worry about it. I trusted him and thought this was normal. Then he refused to write me a note for work for stay home order due to health related issues. On the note he did provide for me, he decided to mention my weight instead of my underlying health issues. When I asked why can't he provide me with a proper note explaining my needs to be working from home, he said no doctor would provide it for me. When I asked to see a specialist for my condition and let them decide whether to give me a note, he told me "you don't need to see a specialist. No one will give you the note." Horrible doctor. I transferred right after that appointment with him. My new doctor gave me a referral to see a pulmonologist right away, as well as, a work from home note until I get things sorted with the pulmonologist. This doctor never actually examined me during my appointments. Most of the time he is typing on his computer while asking you what your symptoms are and then giving medicine from that. If you decide to go with this guy because his office is free for appointment/no wait time, just save your time. You will not be able to get whatever note you need for work. Also, it seems this doctor does not send his patients to COVID testing. He told one of his other patient (whom I know) since he isn't displaying symptoms there's no point in testing. While knowing that he has been in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID within the past 14 days. This is careless and adding to the growing amount of asymptomatic people spreading the disease unknowingly. Thank god for the OC Health Department website for providing guidance on testing sites without doctor's referral. Overall, ineffective and careless doctor. Go somewhere else.

Mom has abdominal pain and he prescribed Pepto for over 8 MONTHS. Found out she had colon cancer at the ER.
