Great experience until the end. I received a Dazzle Dry manicure and sat for the 6 minute drying time per my nail tech.until her timer went off. I’ve been getting Dazzle Dry for years and it’s always completely dry after 5 minutes, but not yesterday. My nails smudged tremendously right before I left and the nail tech was very frustrated that she had to fix my paint. She scolded me and said I have to be patient and wait this time (which I did initially). Believe me, I didn’t want that to happen either. Even after she “fixed” them for me, they still looked strange. The top coat was shiny in some areas, matte in others, and the polish looked like it was stretched over the nail. I’ve never seen anything like it. I went home and put my own top coat on the nails she fixed and it does look better, but another nail is already chipping the day after and the overall job wasn’t worth $50.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This was my first and last time attending this nail salon. To start it all started well. I booked a powder nail set without a manicure. I’ve always booked them without a manicure because I don’t have much time with my daughter to sit for much time. Nonetheless, I have never been #1 treated like this and #2 had the worst nails I’ve ever received. When she started they were looking great but once she got towards the end I see that my nails are done very incomplete. The material around my cuticle wasn’t round / looked like I needed a fill or like I had gotten my nails done a week ago. Once I brought this to the tech attention she started being passive aggressive about how my cuticles are shaped weird and how I didn’t book a manicure. I told them I knew what a manicure was and they proceeded to try and gaslight me about how my nails looked fine. I always get powder nails, even without a manicure and they’re NEVER looked like this. My sister even said how my nails looked incomplete. I told the nail tech once again that I didn’t like how my nails were looking. She got up and LEFT the appointment. Didn’t come back. I asked for the manager and the manager was passive and just overall the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Even the manager tried gaslighting me and at one point instead of listening to me, she was dismissive wanted the tech to take the material I had already sat there to receive for 45 minutes, off. Basically to walk off without my nails being done. THEN after that about 4 more workers walk up to all give opinions on what my nails look like and whether the tech should continue to do my nails. All while my nail tech is standing there saying “I don’t want to, I don’t want to”. Then when she finally sat down and did them, not by the word of the manager but by another coworker, she took an extra hour to complete one coat of powder and top coat. I will not be coming back here again. And I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone either. I barely get my nails done now as a mom and instead of feeling relaxed and glammed up I felt tense, anxious, and sad that I paid that much for my nails to look this way. One nail already chipped too.

This is the 2nd time to visit your salon at Northpark. And they were the 2 best pedicures I have ever gotten. The location is not great for me but I may be hooked!! So friendly so thorough.

We usually go to Legacy shops location but since we wanted a last minute manicure around Dallas, we tried in Northpark and both my mom and I absolutely LOVED it here!!! I got Andrea (I think that was her name, and my mom got Tammy) the front desk girly was sweet as well. The atmosphere/vibe was calm and quiet which was nice. Definitely will be returning!

That was honestly the best and most pleasant mani/pedi I’ve had! Yesenia was really sweet and she did a fantastic job. No stabbing or pulling on my cuticles, no rough scrubbing or buffing, she openly cleaned all her tools throughout the process. I’m definitely coming back and asking for her!
