I have been here 3 times. The first 2 were great! I highly enjoyed the experience and was even thinking about increasing the frequency I was coming. Then, I had my 3rd visit. I'm not sure I'm going to go back after that. I signed up for a particular masseuse and when I arrived, the staff did not ask me, did not explain, but gave me to another masseuse I did not know. I gave her a chance, but really did not like how she handled me nor her comments during the session. As professionals, it would have been appropriate to acknowledge the absence of the masseuse I requested and ask me if it was OK to go with a different woman or if I'd like to reschedule.
