I’m really disappointed to be writing this because this used to be one of my favorite places, especially for their convenient hours. Unfortunately, after my experience today, I won’t be returning. My boyfriend and I came in together and were placed in separate rooms. His experience was completely different from mine. He was given a proper private room and had an amazing massage — he even fell asleep and loved the hot stones. My experience, however, was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. I was placed in what felt like a makeshift room separated by a curtain. During the massage, the therapist repeatedly left to answer the phone and door — and at one point left the curtain wide open. He returned eating candy and continued working on me in between interruptions, saying they were busy. It felt rushed and chaotic rather than relaxing. The massage itself was okay, though a bit rough. What crossed the line was when he began cupping therapy without properly explaining it. I had never tried it before but trusted his professional judgment. After he placed several cups, I asked if it was supposed to hurt. He dismissed my concern and said it was “good for me.” As he added more cups, the pain became intense. I physically couldn’t reach the curtain to get help and had to call out for someone. Another employee came in immediately and removed the cups after I told her I was in pain. She even yelled to him that he had hurt me. When he returned, he only asked if I was okay — no apology, no empathy. Instead, at checkout, he asked for a tip and stated there was a “minimum amount,” implying gratuity was required rather than earned. That was incredibly off-putting, especially after such a distressing experience. The woman who worked on my boyfriend was fantastic, which makes the contrast even more frustrating. But based on my experience, I would strongly caution others about who they book with. No one should leave a massage appointment in pain and feeling unheard. Very disappointed.

I went in Tuesday around 6pm and it was empty, so I was able to get the private room feel without paying the extra 10 bucks for the actual private room. I recommend wearing shorts, a tanktop and sandals; little to no jewelry and no makeup. They'll have you remove your top and place all your things in a bin under your bed. The lotion and oils smelled amazing and the room was cool and dark. There was also soft quiet music playing which helped create a relaxing atmosphere. The shop is in a plaza and the walls are thin, so there will be times where you'll be able to hear outside noise, but while I was there it wasn't too bad. There was a language barrier between my masseuse and I so I was always caught by suprise when she would transition from one thing to another. It took me a few seconds to realize why my back felt like it was on fire.... After realizing we were reaching the end of the massage and my masseuse was just rubbing hot stones on me, it was very relaxing and enjoyable. Make sure to take cash with you, the masseuse works really hard and it's so physically demanding to massage for a whole hour so try to tip generously. I'll be coming back and recommending for sure.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately I felt I had to share my experience today. My boyfriend and I came here for a one-hour body massage, but the service was very disappointing. First, they did not accept debit or credit cards and required cash only, which was inconvenient. Second, the massage itself was not good. The staff did not speak English or Vietnamese, and communication was very difficult. I specifically asked for warm stones (not too hot), but they didn’t understand and ignored my request. Third, I even got a bug bite during the service, which was very concerning. The therapist who worked with me had to use Google Translate because she only spoke Chinese, which made the whole experience even more uncomfortable. At the end of the service, I still tipped over 20% in cash. The total was $80 for two people, and I gave a $20 tip. However, they insisted that I should tip $20 per person, which I felt was unreasonable, especially given the poor experience. As we were leaving, a man (possibly the owner) was watching us from upstairs and yelling, which made the situation even worse. Overall, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this place, especially for first-time visitors.

I've been coming here for years. Due to the pandemic, two years had elapsed before today's visit. The place has been totally remodeled with all private rooms. The same charming Chinese fellow still owns the place and maintains the massage standards. It's hard to beat the prices and the quality of care. Highly recommended.
