N HAIR SALON

On March 1st 2026, I went to this place for a haircut and told the lady for the style of my haircut. I believe the lady with a straight hair is new because she has no idea how to cut hair. I feel like she didn’t want to cut my hair. She did what I told her until she use a sharp razor haircut tool and cut my back of my head on my neck. If you know it’s sharp, why use the tool? I asked her “what happened?” And she didn’t say anything. I saw her grab some cotton balls and wipe the place where she cut me. I am a usual customer and this is my first time someone harmed me for my haircut. I wanted to give this place a second chance but you just lost it. I’m NEVER coming back here again!!! The lady needs to train better because she clearly doesn’t know how to cut hair. I’m sorry but you just lost a customer.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I went in expecting a simple, straightforward service, and they completely messed up my hair. I explained clearly what I wanted, even showed photos, yet the result was the exact opposite. The cut looks uneven, rushed, and nothing like what we discussed. What made it worse was the lack of accountability. Instead of trying to fix the issue or at least acknowledge the mistake, I was brushed off as if my concerns didn’t matter. I left feeling upset, frustrated, and honestly embarrassed by the way my hair turned out. For the price I paid, I expected professionalism and basic attention to detail—neither of which I received. I will not be returning, and I would strongly recommend double-checking reviews or considering another salon before booking here.

Completely useless. They mess up and then argue instead of accepting their mistake Waste your money elsewhere

Unfortunately would give less than one star if I could. Called ahead of time to make an appointment with Ann (first chair to the right as you enter). She said yes come in, in 30 mins. Just as I was walking in, a lady came into get her hair dyed, and Ann decides to tell me to come back later. I tell her nicely how I have an appointment and she starts making excuses. Again I mention I spoke to her directly and made sure she was available. She just laughs it off by saying sorry and walks away and continues to ignore me. Horrible customer service. I’ll admit I used to come here due to the great prices but unfortunately I’d rather scrap more cash together and go to a place that values their customers. Spend your money somewhere where they will treat you with some decency instead of laugh in your face and walk off.

Waited for 45 min just for a simple haircut, inspite of repeating myself that I prefer Ann, the owner, she ignored me and never came out lunch room. No response, no apologies, nothing. So disappointing.
