Took my car in for an alignment and had the chance to talk with Eddie and Louise (hopefully I spelled that right). They were friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward, which I really appreciated. The service was great, the pricing was fair, and everything felt honest and transparent. I’m not saying you have to choose them, but it’s definitely worth having them take a look before you settle on a shop.

Avoid this shop —12 months of delays and property damage I brought my Lexus IS250 here for a front-end collision estimate. My experience with 'Eddy' and this shop has been a year-long nightmare of broken promises and significant damage to my vehicle. The experience began with a high-pressure situation where I was told I could not drive my vehicle away and was pressured into using their towing service under the threat of police involvement. Despite being told they would find the most efficient way to repair the car, the communication was non-existent. Over the next year, I had to call and visit dozens of times just to get an update. When I finally went to inspect my vehicle after a full year, I was horrified by what I found: Interior Damage: Razor-sharp metal parts were tossed onto my leather seats, risking permanent damage to the upholstery. New Damage: The rear bumper was dented and hit while in their care (the original damage was strictly to the front end). Neglect: The interior was covered in mildew and mold, suggesting the car was left improperly sealed or exposed to the elements. After 12 months, the car is still not repaired. All I have to show for a year of waiting is a metal frame piece and a single headlight. No hood was installed, and no significant progress was made. Despite the lack of work and the damage caused to my vehicle, they have refused to provide a refund. I ended up removing my car from the lot to prevent further damage. If you value your vehicle and your time, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. After a year of no progress at this shop, I took my vehicle to a different shop on Harry Hines Blvd. They were able to complete the entire repair in just 3 month for a fraction of the original quote. It is clear now that the year-long delay and the condition my car was left in were completely unacceptable.

I am so glad I did the research beforehand and chose North Dallas Imports! I noticed so many reviews from customers who have been entrusting their vehicles for decades to this shop. I SEE WHY! And now i am also a lifelong customer! Integrity, care, concern, honest diagnosis — that is what I now can count on, and that is especially comforting as a woman.

My Ford Focus was trying to overheat early this morning and their porter helped me before they even were open. Rich, the owner, called me right away. They diagnosed it, fixed it, and had it back to me the same day! They are extremely thorough for the price they charged. Very friendly staff. You can tell they have great morale there.

Brought in my Range Rover for service here recently. I worked with Andy and Eddie. Both were friendly and provided prompt service. Recommended spot. Will be back in the future!
