Staff at front desk and lab are very caring and professional. I was testing glucose tolerance and felt very uncomfortable after drinking glucose, they double checked me when I was waiting for my last draw.

Extremely rush. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I was not finished with my question, she already got out of the room. They need to hire more staffs. My med cream was ordered here but she didn't have or spent time to check and just walked out the door. Now I have to make appointment with my primary Dr again to get the cream. It sucks cuz I don't have time. Why I can't while I already have appointment and here?

There is always a queue. Why make appointments for so many people if you can't serve them in time? Additionally, if the previous patient is late, you can call the next one and warn that the time will change and they can arrive 15/20 minutes later... But you have to think about people, customers....

When the time I moved here from Daly City clinic I felt comfortable! It was the first 50 or 100 patients to enrolled here. First it was strange for me because I’m not use of the quietness of the environment unlike in my clinic before. It was really chaotic. Esp the scheduling of appointments & also the staff there! To make it short , I find this clinic satisfying for my needs. My Dr Htun is so concerned & very attending in my case. The Pharmacy is great no need to drive. The staff are courteous. If you make a call appointment or needs to refill your meds , it’s operator are very good! The only issue sometime is the parking space. Thank you.

Showed up on time for my 1:40 pm appointment, admin took 5 min to check in and then I WAITED in the upstairs area for 10 min before they brought me in. Then I was told they “skipped” me because I was too late and the 2 pm appointment person showed up at 1:20 pm… I received a text before my appointment telling me not to arrive more than 15 min early (attached), so I understandably got confused/frustrated at why they roomed a 2 pm appointment person before me (and even if they did, couldn’t I just switch times with the 2 pm appointment? NOPE since 2:20 pm also checked in ridiculously early). They then started yelling at me saying it’s my fault for being late. Now since the rest of the day is fully booked, I am essentially “on call” until the next unlucky sod gets preempted from their appointment… Ended up driving home since I have actual work to do and wasted 2 hours of my time.
