I normally do not leave negative reviews, but our experience with Jason Coleman at OnDemand Realty was extremely disappointing from start to finish. As the seller’s agent, professionalism and communication should have been a priority, but unfortunately that was not our experience at all. One of the biggest issues was communication. Jason was nearly impossible to reach during evenings and weekends, which is unacceptable in real estate where timing is critical and many important conversations happen outside of normal business hours. Calls and messages often went unanswered, leaving both us and our agent frustrated and without updates during key moments of the transaction. In addition, Jason consistently came across as unprofessional in his interactions with our agent. Rather than working collaboratively to help both parties move toward a successful closing, he was quick to tell our agent what to do and what not to do in a very abrasive and condescending manner. Professionalism and mutual respect go a long way in real estate transactions, and that was clearly lacking here. Another major concern was that the home remained actively listed for sale even after a pending contract had already been signed. This created unnecessary confusion and raised concerns about transparency and how the transaction was being handled. What makes this experience even more surprising is that between personally buying/selling more than 11 real estate transactions ourselves, and my spouse previously working successfully as a realtor representing both buyers and sellers, this is the first time we have ever experienced anything like this. We understand that real estate transactions can be stressful and complex, but there is still a standard of professionalism and communication that should be maintained throughout the process. These are only a few examples of the issues we encountered. Buying or selling a home is stressful enough without having to deal with poor communication, lack of professionalism, and questionable handling of the listing. Based on our experience, I would not recommend working with Jason Coleman.

I could not recommend Tyler enough! As a first time home buyer, I had little knowledge about the house buying process. Enter Tyler to make it such an easy and painless time. I had a basic idea of what I was looking for in a home, but Tyler really helped us narrow it down. He showed us 5+ options at a time so I could really get a feel for what I did and didn't want. He knew before I did that I really wanted a pool, so he got together all of the houses with pools in budget. We were out almost immediately after that looking at all of these options. Tyler was also very honest with what was realistic in this market. There were some houses that just weren't the right fit and he made sure to let us know and explain why. Once we found the right house, the offer process was a breeze. Tyler used his market knowledge and previous sales to put in an offer for us that was fair for both parties. Once they accepted we got the inspection and Tyler was able to negotiate on the findings. We ended up getting the house under list and asking price with some money back for repairs, which was a huge win! He took me through every step of the process in-depth and it was almost like he was buying a home for himself. I really felt like I could trust him 100% with every decision and he cared about finding us a house we would love. We closed just last week on our home and Tyler is already sending me all of his preferred vendors for appliances, repairs, and home remodels. He left no question unanswered and was always a text or phone call away with an immediate response. Tyler truly is the best of the best and I will recommend him over and over again!
