The staff were all incredibly friendly and insightful about all their inventory. We went over customs, repairs, and in the end I settled on a few lovely diamond studs for me and mines. We had a very pleasant experience with everyone at Paramount Jewelry in Frisco. I’m still waiting on my ring but I am thrilled the how well they sized and cleaned up my original wedding band. Every time I’ve been to the Okc location I’ve been greeted politely and quickly by well put together individuals. I originally purchased a Rolex Datejust from here and I was pretty upset. The movement had problems within a week and after dealing with my past sales associate I wasn’t happy at all. The watch could hardly be wound/set and after numerous times telling the SA she continued to undermine the situation knowing it wasn’t right. Later on I posted about my experience and it still not getting fixed after showing the SA multiple times. I was called next day by Austin, manager of the Okc store. After listening to my experience there he could see I sent it back for service within a week and that it was still not working and what the SA had done. Austin helped work out an exchange for the Datejust. The first replacement offered wasn’t necessarily of my liking so Austin worked with me to find something from their online stock. I found a rare reference 168000 Rolex Submariner in great shape. On top of an exchange they give me a nice discount to minimize difference in prices. Austin also surprise rushed the new watch so that it arrived day after Christmas. In the end my experience here turned out to be great. Austin worked diligently, even when I was upset. He rebuilt my trust and helped get a watch I’ve always wanted that I’m more than happy with. They stood behind their word made sure I was happy with a timepiece that I will enjoy for years. I appreciate everyone’s help in making this right and will be back as a happy return customer.

So my friend went to this place to buy a watch the day before me and words weren’t enough for him to describe his experience. So instead, he brought me in to see for myself. Sean ( I hope I’m spelling his name right) was an absolute class of an employee. Not only was the service great but their inventory is beautiful. Honest to god the first watch Sean showed me was the one I ended up going home with. As far as price he was asking AT LEAST 10% lower than anything I could find online for a brand new Citizen. Retail $595 I got it for $380 plus tax. I absolutely love my new watch and I highly recommend y’all check this place out. Located in stonebriar mall, 1st floor, next to finish line.
